Terrible unreliable service altogether.I had to cancel my service with them due to them missing and not picking up my trash countless times on multiple occasions. Argumentative customer service representatives. The fact that they were trying to argue with me over not having my trash out there ready for pickup is unprofessional. Also they should have had the decency to not argue with their paying customer. I don't understand why they didn't take into consideration and account. As I even mentioned to them on the phone I always put my trash cart outside the night before in advance for that purpose and reason. Instead, they continued to argue with me for no abundant reason whatsoever. In fact, it all originates back to the careless driver on my route not taking his job serious and being lazy when it comes to doing it.I strongly urge and suggest finding another reliable service besides sorry a** Waste Link!

Josh & Jeremy were TERRIFIC. They did a GREAT job cleaning up 30 years of junk outside of our garage!!! We will be calling them back for sure. :)

sent to get my trash picked up I have to give them, an additional $25 for a one time pick up. I don't write reviews as a matter of course, but when the rip off is this bad people should know.

I've used these guys for a couple of years now. Love em. Great group of guys. Very affordable. Not always consistent, but who cares. Cheri needs a few bottles of chill pills and some vodka. Jerry McCray is a classic.

Junk Boys
Awesome service, these guys are professional, courteous and very affordable! They showed up on time, and in an hour and a half they hauled an entire truck load worth of old junk for me, including heavy items in the basment, all for a fraction of the cost of renting a dumpster and doing all the work myself. If you need to get rid of old junk, these are the guys to call!

Lies Trash Service
Used to be GREAT then they were bought out by Waste Management. Did't take long for the rate hikes to start, that is why I got away from them before and now I am looking for someone new again.

Horrible services and bad attitude towards customers. Driver will not pick up trash. You pay for half done services.

They are okay, but i would like for them to let you know when your service is suspended or you need to pay on your bill like any other trash service or real business. But they said they don't do that.

If you're looking for trash service look else where. Level of service is very lacking and they will not work to correct service issues. Will not use them again.

Waste Management
They're horrible, they change their pick up days sometimes when there are holidays and sometimes they don't. If you can't guess what day they might pick up your trash congratulations you get to pay $60 for a one time pick up fee. That's right $60.
Tips & Advices
The cost of trash pickup often depends on the size of the garbage container and whether the service is being handled by the city or a private company. The monthly rate for weekly pickup of a 48- gallon garbage container can run around $20 if this service is handled by a local municipality, while pickup for a 96-gallon cart can cost roughly $22. Rates are often higher when working with a private company.
A compost cart is used for the pickup of compostable items. The list of compostable items includes yard debris, such as branches and plant trimmings; a wide variety of food products, including everything from baked goods to poultry to fruits, grains, and sauces; non-recyclable paper products such as used paper plates and cups; and miscellaneous items, such as cotton balls, hair, and wooden toothpicks.
Trash should always be placed in a trash container when possible. However, if you have more trash than you're able to fit into your trash container, some trash pickup companies will accept the trash if it is bagged and placed next to the full container. Many trash pickup companies will accept up to five extra bags at no charge.
The most common residential trash container size is 96 gallons. A 96-gallon container is large enough to meet the needs of the average family, and it's generally able to handle weekly collection cycles without overflow. This is the largest residential trash container that a garbage truck's automated side loader can accommodate.
Paint cans should not be placed in regular trash bins. Paint and paint thinners can be hazardous to the environment, and these items require special handling when it comes to disposal. If you have paint cans that need to be disposed off, call your trash pickup company to make special arrangement to have them removed.
