Pro's1) Office staff is friendly and helpful.2) Apartments/rentals are nice.3) They allow animals in most rentals.4)Appliances are up to date.Con's1) Maintenance staff is RUDE!2) The buildings hallways are filthy dirty.3) Lights/alarms in the hallways arent kept in working order.4) Hall ways in buildings stink5) Very poor judge of character (example they allow anyone to live in their buildings, honestly dont think they check backgrounds)I will change my rating when you start getting it together and taking care of what tenants pay you to take care of! Just a little example of the filth below.

This place doesn't even deserve one star but that's the minimum required to post a review. We signed a year lease in Nov with the understanding that we would be able to get our security deposit back when we moved out as long as there were no damages to the apartment, even after paying the $800 to break the lease knowing that was the plan at the time we signed the lease. The property manager understood and we moved in that day (Sat) but by Sun/Mon there was a different property manager who advised that he was just filling in while she was gone. She was the WORST person to try to work with. We fought for months over an amount that she said we owed since the lease was dated for Fri but we didn't sign and get the keys until the next day. To settle things, we just paid it! We lived here for 7 (horrible) months and left the place in good condition and are now being told that we forfeited our $200 security deposit since we broke our lease. This is a trashy property with poor insulation, less than legal living standards, and a disrespectful property manager (Kim) who called our character into question multiple times. Do NOT waste your time or money on this place!!

I have lived in this complex for 2 years. Prior to this complex I lived in 5 others. This is by far, the best place I've lived in. When I rate it, I'm considering everything from the quality of living to the trash service. The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly and are thorough with repairs. At my renewal they had to raise rent that year, but in return they made 4 upgrades to my apartment as well as cleaning the carpets and touching up the paint on the walls. The windows and siding are great, my apartment never gets drafty in the winter. There's plenty of parking and they have garages too. They made a handicapped spot for me to park my van for my disabled daughter and they were super quick about it. The onsite storage is a great help and it's super affordable. Neighbors aren't great anywhere, but here most of them stick to themselves which is great! They use a security company that actually shows up (most complexes say that but you never see it). The location is perfect. Jason's Deli delivers FOR FREE. They offer pretty much every emenity. Here you get a beautiful AND affordable home. Awesome company. Great place to live. Tell them I sent you! :)

Midtown Place Apartments
Ever since the new manager, this place is changed for the better! I love all of the floor plans ( I have lived here for 2 years and recently just transferred to a loft!) The maintenance staff is very courteous and quick to fix any problems. and the office staff are very friendly and proffessional! Definatley would reccommend living here to anyone wanting to live close to downtown and the riverside area!

I absolutely love these apartments. About a year ago I probably wouldn't have even thought about living here but I had a friend that recently moved in that referred me. When I did finally move I was so please with my apartment. They are adorable from the inside and they are kept clean and well groomed on the outside. Everything is pretty good but what really made me want to lease this apartment was the staff. They are so helpful and I really believe they care about their residents, especially Jesus the property manager. He is the one who made sure my apartment would be ready when I needed it and anytime I have a small maintenance problem Jesus always manages to get it done in very short time. It's always the first impression that gets me and my move in was perfect.

Moved in last April 15 2016 week later all neighbors started asking if my basement flooded and if I had a horrible sewage smell coming upstairs. I advised yes to both of these items I called the office which then employed Jessica with whom signed my lease with and asked if I could get out of my lease since I was very new there and these conditions we hazardous. She advised yes that once I had the money to do so since I'm a single parent to let her know and I could get out of my contract/lease with no penalties and be done with Eastborough because they are aware of the issue and can't fix it with the units occupied everyone has to be out of our entire side because it's a deep foundation issue and the Townhomes have to be torn up pretty bad and none of us will be able to live there and will be misplaced by this so whatever time I need to try and get money together that is fine. Maintenance came out again shop vac the indoor outdoor carpet that they have downstairs in the one room it's in because they know it floods downstairs, with no padding under it mind you **hint hint**messed with the sump pump, pulled the indoor outdoor carpet back added extension poles outside and left stating it was supposedly fixed which it was not because the next time it rained which has been recently and it did consistently for days the entire indoor outdoor carpet was soaked. Things that were downstairs on the floor are now damaged and destroyed and irreplaceable at this point. you can hear everything from the highway to people walking outside talking or just sitting and talking like they're in your home with you. When we moved in the carpets were so nasty and disgusting that you wouldn't believe. The tiles inside the shower and on the floors on the bathroom were nasty dirty and dusty like they didn't even try and get anything presentable or nice for a new tenant. Paint is chipping on the outside of the units and building, bricks are crooked and not in properly in the upper foundation.

I have lived at Greenbrook for two years and have really enjoyed it. The location is great, and the environment is a really positive and professional place to call home. The maintenance staff takes care of all of your needs. I recommend Greenbrook highly to anyone searching for a home in the Wichita area.
