ASAP Plumbing
Jim Schreffler came to our rescue when a self-install on a new hot water heater went horribly wrong. Our home was built in 1950, so it is not without issues. As soon as the water heater filled, a pipe burst inside the wall, loosened during the install. Come to find out it was the original galvanized pipe, and clogged from rust and gunk. Jim gave us a free estimate for the re-piping job and came out to do the work the very next day. The work area was left clean, professional looking. His rates were very reasonable considering the top quality work we received. I'm just very happy and will definitely hire him again for future work on this old house of ours. Thank you, Jim!!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Jaime and Taylor came out to my house right on time today! I was so impressed with their service! They put on shoe covers when they came into the house and were very polite and friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They are trustworthy and honest with their prices and their work. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great to work with from the second I called them! They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They were also very honest with me about what solutions I should take to have my problem fixed. Their prices were very affordable. From now on, there is only one plumbing company for us. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Thank you!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Wichita came and did a little work on my water heater that is still under warranty today. I love that I can trust them to come into my home and do work even when I am not home. I also appreciate the fact that they are neat, always wearing shoe covers when they are walking inside my house. The last thing I want to say is that the technician wrote me a note that while he was waiting to make sure the water heater would stay lit for 30 mins, he noticed that my air filter to my AC might need to be replaced as it was getting a little dirty. Haha! I LOVED that!

All City Sprinkler Systems Inc.
I've used All City since moving to our new house in 2009. They have been very fast at addressing any problems with our 1970's era sprinkler system. If you call most places they will put you off for up to weeks at a time. All City will get out right away. Even the same day if it's an emergency. If you need fast, reliable service, I recommend All City. Don't know what others are talking about on being over charged. They have always been competitive in pricing and usually quite a bit cheaper to others. I get quotes from several companies on any larger project.

Nice professional young men. I own a commercial general contracting company, and was way too busy to mess with replacing my hot water heater, and let me tell you, these are good hands (workers). This is not your bargain basement deal, this is top service. If you want a good job with no hassles you can't go wrong here. The little things I know to notice as a GC were there. If you want the dodgy joe-pickup cheap deal, which may or may not work out, don't call here.

Poor Pappy's Plumbing ROCKS!!!! Victor gave me a quote over the phone for a project unseen and it took me a couple days to get it approved. Once I called him to say we had approval, he was there before the hour was up and did not go even a cent over the amount he quoted me!! That, my friends, is service! I will call him again and again when I have projects in the area...Thanks so much Victor :)

Poor Pappys Plumbing
3 days after we moved into our house we had multiple water leaks in the basement ceiling. Home Warranty couldn't handle it so we called Pappy's Plumbing and got awesome service. They are professional, got here when they said they would be, kept work area clean, explained everything in detail, took care to do the job right - highly recommended - will use them again!

Major League Landscape Lawn Cr
We have had this service for 4 years. Everything that they say they will do, they do!!! Their service is awesome and they do a phenomenal job. When they first starting cutting our lawn, we had to ask them to add some areas which was a little over our property line. They said no problem and did whatever we asked them to. Great company to do business with!!!

Poor Pappys Plumbing
They responded to my problem in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Even though they were having a busy day, they did not rush on my issue, they took their time and did a thorough job. They were courteous and cleaned up after the job was done well. I will call them again if I ever have those kinds of trouble again. Thanks guys.

All City Sprinkler Systems Inc.
Reasonable pricing. Beat out the competition by $500 on my installation for same quality system. Their main maintenance guy has been doing sprinklers for like 30 years and he's fast and good. They handle the yearly reporting to the city on the backflow preventer too.
Tips & Advices
The local climate’s heat and humidity affects evaporation rates, and this helps determine the best irrigation options. For example, sprinkler irrigation in a high-heat / high-sun environments lose more water to evaporation than drip irrigation. When choosing an irrigation system, also consider soil type and topography.
Drip irrigation uses 20 percent – 50 percent  less water than traditional sprinkler systems, which conserves water and saves money. It reduces weeds, soil erosion, and fertilizer run-off. Drip systems work well with irregularly or hilly landscapes. Because it waters the plants evenly and efficiently and reduces water contact with leaves, it also reduces the risk of plant disease or fungus.
Drip irrigation uses tubing to “drip” water slowly and directly to the soil surface, roots or bases of plants. This low-pressure, low-volume system can use drips, sprays, or streams to keep roots moist but not soaked. The tubes can be located above ground, where they are visible, or “subsurface,” which reduces evaporation even further.
Yes. All irrigation systems are made up of component parts that need maintenance and eventual replacement. Professional maintenance in the spring and fall will keep the system in its best working order.
Most professionally installed irrigation systems can be installed in one or two days, depending on the size and complexity of the job. Do-it-yourself installations could take longer.
