If you're thinking about using this company DON'T. I went to them with basic design I wanted but they had to change some things so I paid for artwork. When I went to pick them up they weren't what I agreed to. It ended up being the guy in the back that does the printing decided he wanted to change it without letting me know. Got that all taken care of and now I called asking them to email me the artwork I paid for and was told no we don't give the customer the artwork. When I pay someone to do artwork that makes it mine. You don't have the option of saying I can't have it. The guys name is Josh Adams he's also the guy that changed the design without saying anything. I had somewhere around 100 shirts printed. On some of the sweatshirts the print came off after one wash. This guy tells me they were washed wrong.

We got stuck with a 1500.00 bill to advertise for our CLOSED company. we tried to cancel but it was too late.Got us stuck in a contract because the sales lady twisted the truth and lied about the proofs and advertising. Said she needed a down deposit to even print, We never gave any money down but ended up with a renewed contract because we didn't respond by mail in time! They received our unapproved proofs within 5 days of mailing to us. was 5 days, 5 only 5 days!!!, but too late for them to cancel. Such a scam!! they don't care about the client just about the money! I would never wish this company on my worst enemy. Such a shame that they are scamming hard working Americans out of there money. And we got NOT one call from this advertisement being in the phone book!

Inaccurate, incomplete, and waste of money. My recommendation for anyone who receives this book is to send it directly to the recycling bin. I tried to contact them about the inaccurate listings and got a rude, unhelpful and uncooperative response. Their only claim to fame is they are cheaper than the Real yellow pages--but, you get what you pay for. Spotty distribution, inaccurate listings and rude "customer service".

Love this little brown paper. It's a great little read while you are waiting in line or waiting for your appointment to arrive. Entertaining and I know most of the advertisers. Makes me feel at home when I am by myself. If you haven't read it - do! It's fun. If you own a business, advertise - everyone reads it!
