I was very pleased by the service we received in this store. After being warned never to go anywhere but to a corporate location - we did. And waited for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged our existence. So we went on another occasion to this store at Kellogg and Greenwich. We were greeted very quickly by a young man named Jordan, who ran over our options with us and helped us figure out what was the best plan for us. We had some major complications that involved two trips to the store and multiple calls to customer support (trying to get my husband released from a plan he was no longer on - and no one at CS seemed to know what to do) - but through it all, Jordan stayed with us, tried to find alternatives to help us out. Finally after my husband paced the store for about 15 minutes with the CS people on the phone, Jordan and his supervisor Dinesh (not sure if he was the manager) came up with a plan to fix the problem if the CS people couldn't do it. I was very impressed with the lengths they were willing to go to to try to help us out and get our issue resolved. The CS people finally fixed the problem - or thought they had. Once we were told it was fixed - we went back to Jordan, and he did still have to call CS to straighten out a few things, but he was able to get us taken care of very quickly after that. While we were there, probably another dozen customers came in and out and I was able to witness the interactions. There were four people working at the store, and all of them treated customers in a very friendly and professional manner. I would most definitely use this location again, and will recommend it to others. Thank you Jordan for all of your help and for staying positive and friendly even though we took up so much of your time trying to get our issues resolved!

I have always had curious service at this location. Since I am a novice, I have gone in there with what were basic questions I forgot how to do or was confused about. They treated me fine and with respect. I find that if you are friendly and treat the sales help with respect they are more than willing to accommodate. smile and they will smile back.

Amazing customer service, these guys were strait forward with me and answered all of my questions. Most important thing was their honesty, because he could have charged me a lot more but he was honest and saved me money in the process. Definitely a return customer-Kam

This store has the best customer service of the locations in Wichita. Go see Misty as this location. She will go over and beyond to help you get the best plan for your family.
