Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Very professional, clean, arrived on time, and transparent with their pricing. Their office calls to make sure you are home before sending someone out to your home. Before they left, they made sure to ask if we had any other plumbing questions or concerns that we would like to address. I will definitely be using their plumbing service in the future!

Armstrong Plumbing
After four calls and promises to fix their leaky pipe they installed we finally gave up and called someone else who came out same day and fixed the leak. They were not polite at all and made me feel stupid as if the leaky pipe they supposedly fixed was my fault.

Plumb Crazy
Do not use this company!!! The owner, Brandon is a one man show and he will cost you more in the long run if you use him for plumbing services. The mistakes he made and the clean up afterwards cost me over $2100!!! Caveat Emptor!! "Let the Buyer Beware!!"

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
I think Benjamin Franklin Plumbing takes advantage of people in desperate situations. The technician was apathetic. I had already diagnosed the issue with my water heater when I scheduled the service call with BFP. I just wanted a skilled service person to take a look and possibly perform some additional maintenance work. I was quoted $677 to have the gas valve replaced on the water heater or $1600 to replace the entire unit. I kindly declined service and prepared to pay the $49 service call fee when I was presented with a $177 bill. The additional $128 was for a "diagnostic fee". They might do good work but at the rate of $500/hour I won't be calling them for service again.

Poor Pappys Plumbing
Poor Pappy's Plumbing ROCKS!!!! Victor gave me a quote over the phone for a project unseen and it took me a couple days to get it approved. Once I called him to say we had approval, he was there before the hour was up and did not go even a cent over the amount he quoted me!! That, my friends, is service! I will call him again and again when I have projects in the area...Thanks so much Victor :)

Poor Pappys Plumbing
3 days after we moved into our house we had multiple water leaks in the basement ceiling. Home Warranty couldn't handle it so we called Pappy's Plumbing and got awesome service. They are professional, got here when they said they would be, kept work area clean, explained everything in detail, took care to do the job right - highly recommended - will use them again!

Tips & Advices
The location of a vehicle can be monitored during transport. Many auto transport companies offer tracking services that allow for monitoring a car's journey via their website. If a company doesn't offer online tracking, an owner can receive updates on the vehicle's progress and location by calling the auto transport company.
With open car transport, your car is typically moved from one location to the next on an open car hauler. Open car transport is often the less-expensive option, but it leaves the vehicle susceptible to damage from traffic and the weather. Still, know that damage is rarely incurred with open car transport. With enclosed car transport, your vehicle is shipped in a boxed trailer. This shipping method is often used to transport luxury cars, antique vehicles, and pricey specialty cars.
To prepare a car for transport, take photos of the vehicle, and identify any preexisting damage. Later, this will help assess if the vehicle has been damaged in transit. In addition to removing personal items, car owners should remove or disable the car's alarm system, and remove custom products and add-ons like DVD players and GPS systems to avoid theft. Fold in the vehicle's side mirrors, and remove the antenna.  Have an extra set of keys, so you don't have to give the carrier your only set. Finally, make sure the gas tank has roughly a quarter tank of fuel.  A full fuel tanks adds excess weight, but they’ll need to be some gas in the tank so the car can be driven to and from the shipping facility.
Your car cannot be packed with belongings while it is being transported. The Department of Transportation bans carriers from shipping cars that are loaded with household items. If a carrier breaks this law, it might be levied with a fine of up to $10,000.
Auto transport companies have insurance that is designed to provide reimbursement if damage to a car occurs during transit. If you believe your car has been damaged during transport, it's important to promptly notify the auto transport company, since some companies only allow 30 days to file a claim.
