Oriental Chi
I feel like I am being generous with one star!If you want an excruciatingly painful, bone cracking massage this may be the place for you. After my massage I had a headache and went home sick with horrible pain... I spent most of the time during my massage fighting to get my breath and thinking I should kick my feet and yell uncle to make him stop! My wife and I asked for a 1 hour TOTAL BODY massage, which should include your feet and legs. When he asked me if I wanted my feet massaged, I thought it was a strange question and answered yes, then told me it would be double the price... WHAT!My wife really wanted the massage and by now she was a couple tables away and her massage was started. I knew she would be disappointed if it wasn't a complete massage, so I said go ahead, but make sure my wife gets the same. That decision cost me $266! When my wife and I compared notes afterward, she received a complete massage, front and back. My entire massage was on my stomach, fighting to get a breath while he pummeled my ribs and spine, over and over for the entire hour! I kept thinking, just hang in there he’ll be moving on to something else soon, but it never happened! The other person massaging my feet did it so lightly that it wasn't much more than a tickling sensation… What a disappointment! I will never go back, and I would strongly encourage everyone to go somewhere else.

Atomic Elbow
Marta is without a doubt my favorite massage therapist in Wichita - and the only one who knows how to help alleviate my TMJ pain. She is incredibly skilled at her practice and I highly recommend her to anyone with chronic pains.

I went in and asked for a 40 minute massage which is $40. When the massage started I noticed there were 2 massage therapists instead of one. I thought this was something different they do but let them continue. After the massage was over they told me I owed $120. When I repeated what I told them from the beginning I was told it didn't matter and to hurry up and pay. I will NEVER return to this place.

CJ Massage
I just experienced CJ Massage for the first time. And let me say, I have been to a lot of massage therapists in the past, but in Wichita no one compares to CJ Massage. Quality and professionalism. Would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been going here for about 9 months now. AJ is very awesome! I am training for the ironman triathlon and other endurance races and she knows how to do deep tissue and get me healed up. My wife has EBV( like chronic fatigue) and they have helped her feel better and less aches and pains. Very , very clean and professional.

Golden Massage
The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the massage was clumsy, amateurish, and deeply unsatisfying.
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
