Terrible!! She sleeps with other people's husband's!! She ruins marriages. Do not go to her!!! She slept with not only my husband but an acquaintance of mine's husband as well! She says it's okay to do so since we were not her clients!!!

Elle was a great help to my wife and I years ago... and to me when my wife passed. She has a caring way about her, but she also knows when to be tough on you and has NO problem telling you (in a more professional manner) that you are full of BS. Now I'm sure some people don't like a counselor being so direct and would rather have their hand held while someone says... "there, there.... it's going to be okay....." but the reality is life is hard and sometimes we just have to do the work. For myself, I appreciate the "no nonsense" approach and value her insights.

A Clear Direction
You watch movies about drugs and alcohol. Real movies like the ones made in Hollywood. Scenes of liquor bottles, lines of cocaine, smoking marijuana, smoking meth, shooting heroin...almost like they were trying to trigger us to use. We watched Flight and Rebound. Each of which took two sessions per movie. at $50 per session I paid $100 to watch the movie Flight and $100 to watch the movie Rebound. Another day we just filled out paperwork which did not seem to have any purpose. No one watches you when you take your UA's and the specimens go to a lab. The last straw for me was when they emailed my probation officer to tell her to give me a random UA because they suspected that I was using. Which I was not using at all and passed that UA. The treatment program is an expensive joke and right before you are about to be finished, they try to hem you up in hopes that you will have to get on a higher level, more intensive program of treatment so they can get more money out of you.

I do not recommend this therapist. Not very compassionate and was not helpful in assisting in finding another therapist for my daughter. I think she might have difficulties in forming rapport with younger clients and might be best equipped assisting patients over the age of 30.

Surprised us with a $1,000 bill we can not afford after we had previously explained we were short on funds.

Therapeutic Specialists
I am a patient of Therapeutic Specialists and would highly recommend them to anyone after the help they've given me in coping with a long term illness. They're good at what they do.
