Purchased a new couch from this store, it was a pleasant experience. UNTIL I experienced a issue with my couch. My couch back reclined and broke. Service was a LONG wait, just to get anyone to respond was a challenge. Then horrible communication from that point. Nice experience purchasing just hope you don't have to use their service.

I bought a living room set from the Wichita falls Ashley furniture. The sales associate stated it would take 1 to 2 months for our order to be delivered. After two months, the couches were delivered, but it took over 5 months for me to receive the rest of my order. When I called about my order, it took them two days to get back with me when I would receive the order. The date they gave me wasn't even right. I eventually had to pick up the last piece of my living room set from them directly from them.

My family and I went to Wichita Falls location and had excellent service from a gentleman named Chris. He was very knowledge on the products and brands in the store. We purchased a king size mattress and pillows that he recommended . We are very satisfied with our purchase and will shopping there again.

Worst customer service ever, and rude management. Repeatedly told a date for a refund check to arrive for furniture that was damaged on delivery. I would NOT recommend this company when making a furniture purchase.

BEWARE!Ordered a sectional on October 13th. Delivery was on October 27th, however not all of the sectional was delivered and I was NOT notified that I would not be receiving all of my sectional. The warehouse manager informed that she called both my boyfriend and myself and left us both a voicemail. We have no record of such a phone call or voicemail on our end and to be honest we don't believe that we magically both missed a call and voicemail, but were able to receive subsequent phone calls from the store and a call for a customer service survey. Since then, I have called the store which I purchased the sectional and the warehouse I was told it would be delivered from to get an update on progress made (the missing piece was supposedly damaged). To date, I have been given NO answer directly from the warehouse, the warehouse only says they will call me back, but never do (sometimes the store which I purchased the sectional can get and answer, but it's never a consistent answer, I believe it's just one to suffice until I get impatient again and decide to call). However, I will no longer will be calling the store to try and help me. I was personally insulted along with my boyfriend, by one of the business managers because we work for the federal government...he was implying that I must know all about customer service practices (I critiqued him on his lack of help) since all government workers are lazy (my boyfriend is in the Air Force and I work on base as a civilian). NO contact has been made by the warehouse with myself. I have made ALL contact on my OWN. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
