I ordered an arrangement on Valentine's Day. It never came. I was upset and after being told that was on its way 5 times, I found out that it was never made. I was veryupset. It was over one hundred dollars. I wentto the shop after finally talking to the owner. She apologized and explained that this year's orders tripled, and she didn't see it coming. I was late to our dinner reservations and lost our table. They refunded nut money and gave me a $30 giftcertificate, that I would have never used. But after all the smoke cleared, she personally called me 3 times to say how sorryshe was. I finally called her back, and since it was my wife's birthday on the 18 th, she sent out the same basket plus balloons. I was surprised! And my wife was pleased with the gorgeous fruit. I will use them again. This was the second time I have sent fruit. The first time they loved it! I would not have ever used them again, but by calling numerous times and making things right, personally, shows me that this person cares about her clients. Thank You. Ouranniversary is coming up.
