Henslee Heights Apartments
I have lived here 8 years. Quiet for the most part. New residents just have to get accustomed to the rules. If visitors park in my parking space, I just tell the renter they are visiting to ask them to park in visitor's spots. This always works for me. I call in maintenance orders as soon as I find problems. If not fixed the next day, I call again. I have never had to wait more than 3 days. Maintenance always knocks loudly and if I don't make it to the door after a couple minutes, they open the door and holler "Hello". If the bathroom door is shut, they also yell through that door to let me know they are in the apartment. Sure, there are issues which you have to deal with. This is true for any rental property. I inspected my apartment before I moved in. If there was something I didn't like, I asked about getting it fixed or changed before I moved in. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment here for 4 years and have been in a 4 bedroom apartment for the last 4 years. I will probably be here for another 8 years. I have lived in apartments in Fordyce, Pine Bluff (a different complex), Fayetteville, and Warren. These rank at the top and the rent is reasonable. If you are courteous to your neighbors, they will ensure they and their guests are. If you are willing to follow the rules and be courteous to your neighbors, you will have no problem here and will enjoy your living environment.
