To the negative comment. I was the property manger for this property. Months later I found out the owners were letting the property go into foreclosure. Tenants were aware of the foreclosure. They chose to stay ( until bank foreclosed rent went to the owners) . They were interested in purchasing the property. Prepared an offer , bank turned it down. Wanted more than the tenants were willing to pay. They stayed. The refrigerator broke. The owners not willing to replace it so I offered a loaner until tenants vacated or bank took possession . The last month before bank took possession tenants did not pay rent . Used their security deposit instead which owner kept . Once the bank has taken back the house, my management services are no longer required and I could not retrieve my refrigerator . As for the water. The property is attached to my property, duplex one water meter . The bill was split evenly between both tenants, per lease agreement. Unfortunately, they still owe me .

As a property owner; I am very happy with Jeri. She can only promise to tenants what property owners will provide. If the property owner can afford to fix or improve the property then they will. If the property owner is renting a house only because they can't sell it then there will likely be no improvements. I can afford to and want to fix and improve my property because I plan on living in it in the future. I believe renters have a very good experience with Jeri because of my attitude towards my property.

Do not do any work for this company. They will not pay you for your hard work. You are better off to stay home and watch TV then to do work for a company that will allow you to use your gas, time and energy but not pay you.
