I honestly can say giving this place 5 stars is not enough! The staff here has been so great! They helped make one of the worst days of my life so much better! They helped save my honeymoon from being ruined! The hotel itself is beautiful! The housekeepers here do an amazing job on keeping this place clean! But once again everything regarding this hotel has been amazing and if I ever go on any kind of trip again I will so be staying at a Marriott!!

Best Western Realty And Management
I had an impressive interaction and service from Mr. Grice. He managed the property I rented with efficiency and courtesy. Problems and concerns were always handled quickly, plus I appreciated his kind manner. It is apparent to me that he has much experience in this area. Wish I could take him with me as permanent property manager. I confidently recommend Best Western!

If I could give this management company 0 stars I would! Kim grice from Best Western has been the most horrible nastiest landlord I've ever dealt with! He is so disrespectful. He would show up to my house any time he wanted, would let himself in my house and look around my house. I had to call the cops and file a report against him on 2 occasions summer 2015 for violating my tenant rights and harassment. Kim also has said people who are "renting" are people who have failed at life since they cannot buy a house. He thinks he is better then his tenants and treats them like his slaves. I was even contacted by one of the handy men who vented to me about how rude Kim was to him and everyone else. He even tried to tell me my kids could not have their kiddy pool up in the yard or have their toys laying around! Dealing with this man has been the biggest nightmare of my life. He has 0 people skills so not sure how he ended up managing properties and dealing with people.

The Westin Westminster
Trying to book a room under a room block at this hotel literally took a WEEK from the time placed to have guests call in to actually be able to reserve a room. WOW, that's a first! Called all week multiple times to help them identify and rectify their issues when it was initially set up. Very professional and seamless process, I can assure you.After fixing the problems with the reservations, I talked to the Director (Paul) to let him know that our family had been using the Westin for over 10 years, including our wedding guests and every anniversary, out of town guests, etc and we had never had as many issues as we experienced this past week. Paul literally asked me what more I could possibly want from them now that people can reserve rooms. Because, like, all the problems and issues are solved and I should be super duper happy with the process? I'm shocked. Great customer service truly has a trickle down effect - case in point.Nicer hotels in the area for less without all the crazy hassle.
