They were the property management for our rental house. It took them WEEEKS to get our information into the gate system, so in order to enter, one of us had to literally walk out to the gate and let the other in (told us there was no general code for, say, deliveries, but obviously that wasn't true). We had to inquire multiple times over days to get our complaints about ridiculous noise violations then was told there was nothing in the HOA regarding it, which was crap because rule #1 was "The right to peaceful enjoyment". Then, when our lease was up, they violated the law by not returning our deposit within the 60 days, and not only that, we had to, again, send multiple e-mails, make multiple unreturned phone calls and finally threaten to contact the BBB before we got our money back. Horrible business here, avoid them at all costs.

I am a homeowner whose community is serviced by Banyan Property Management. For well over 2 weeks I have been trying to get a light replaced on a very dark walkway by my home. Also, for about 3 months I have been asking to have my gutters cleaned. The gutters are completely filled with leaves, and it is so bad that the pile of leaves comes out about a foot onto my screened in patio enclosure. It is ruining my fascia, screens & gutters (wish I could attach pics for you to see). I have also been trying to reach the property manager for days, but she has not returned phone calls or emails. But the worst part is that she lied to me when I asked her about roofing that was supposed to be done on my home...I sent her an assessment check for close to $5300.00, found out the roofers where stopping work, emailed her to see what was going on and to ask her to not cash my check if the work was not going to be done. She said my roof would get done, I am just in "Phase 2" of the project...a few days later I see my check was cashed, then I receive court letters & letters from the roofer (dated weeks before I had asked her about the roofing issue) addressed to the property manager, and stating that work was going to cease. She lied to me, cashed the check, and now she will not return my emails or phone calls asking her for a refund since my roof will not be getting done. Nightmare!!!
