I was getting my own phone plan which I was told I had to buy a brand new phone even though I had a perfectly working phone but whatever I needed a new plan I thought I'll just get this done well, I bought a new phone activated my new plan and bought a screen protector which was $40 and a case for my phone. Three days later I dropped my phone and the screen shattered, me thinking I had a screen protector went to the nearest Verizon store (not this store) it was the actual corporate Verizon store, I told the guy I had a screen protector on there and he looked at me and told me "really there's nothing on here, this is the glass on your phone that's broken" I went to this store as the guy at the corporate store suggested. They argued with me telling me that it's on there and when my friend who was with me at the time asked for proof he told us that there's no physical way to show us. Then said the only way for them to show us was a microscope and my friend had literally said get out a microscope before went on to this and he laughed at her then when she questioned him on it he told her the reason he laughed at her was because she was being condescending. Anyway so he started an insurance claim to replace my phone and he told me I'd know within 3 hours I got an email saying I needed to verify the claim he had gave me all the necessary information to verify it and then I received an email saying they needed to review it more and that I will know within the next 24 hours. There's a chance that I will have to send my phone in which he said he almost guarantees me that I won't have to, however when I asked me what do I do if I have to send it in to get it fixed because I don't have a back up phone he blately said I don't know. I cannot go without a phone, I have work, family that is out of town they have be able to get ahold of me. Do not go here.
