    On my way to the clinic I received a call from the front desk girl, asking if I was going to be able to make it, I said yes, I'm almost there, is 5: 05, my appointment is at 5:15 pm and I told her I was getting off the freeway on Pacific it was 5:05pm, so I walked at their door exactly at 5:12 pm and 6 minutes later, the front desk girl, tells me that, I have to reschedule my apptm because I was late, I told her that she was wrong, because my apptm time shows 5:15 and I was there before 5:15 pm, she told me that the Ultrasound technician, was busy with another patient, I told her that is ok, I can wait; after half an hour someone else come out and told me that, they won't be able to do the ultrasound because technician was gone since 5 :15 pm, I told her how can that be possible when the other girl told me at 5:18pm that technician was busy with another patient, she responded that she dosen't know, I ask to talk to the manager, after I explained the situation to her, she didn't care, she told me that the computer shows that I check in at 5:30 pm, that I was late and the technician had to leave at 5:15, so the first girl was lying since the beginning, when she told me technician was busy with another patient, and she left home, and send someone else to tell me I have to reschedule my appnmt, they are very irresponsible, and the manager too, after I explain everithing that happend, she said that she has to hear the receptionist version, and that there is nothing she can do about the situation. I think that it is very unfair to treat customers like this, one is there for health reasons, lose working hours, deal with traffic and spend gas, to be on time and anyway, they treat one worse than nothing, all the staff seems to me very irresponsible, starting with the manager, because if the employees behave that way, it is because they know that the manager allows these things to happen, definitely, I do not recommend this place and will do my best not to return
