What a great place to dine out! The food was awesome and the service was excellent. We liked the new renovations the guys did, compared to the previous Mythos restaurant. We had the fried calamari and grilled grouper and prices were reasonable. These guys nailed it. Finally we found our place. I recommend this restaurant.

It is always a pleasure to stop by Teca for a lovely meal of salads, sandwiches (panini) and various bruschette. The bruschette are generous slices of fine, toasted bread with intriguing topics (I always have to order the robust ?Siciliana?), the salads are fresh, with the best mozzarella you can find locally, and the panini hold interesting and well-cooked ingredients, even though the restaurant should consider switching to a better quality focaccia than the anemic bread presently used. You can sit outside and watch people go by or in the comfortable and well-designed rooms of the restaurant. The service is friendly, efficient, and aims to please. A well-selected wine and beer list means you can always find the proper accompaniment to your food here.\r The only thing I strongly dislike at Teca is the fact that they are not printing the prices of the various beers on their beer list. This is a rather sleazy practice all-to-common in these days of restaurant ?advisors? who ?teach? restaurants every psychological ploy to separate the customer from her/his money (never use a yes/no question, etc.). Now I don?t have any problem spending $9 on a DuPont Saison beer on draft (what a treat!) but I do dislike that patrons have to make an effort to find out that the beers they will order will range from four to ten dollars. If you have an informative beer list, like Teca?s, please also print the price of the beers.\r

Dirty, horrible food, poor service. My husband and I where planning to visit the restaurant for a long time since its new and it looks beautiful. we finally when there last night, and we where sat right away which was good. the server comes up and asks if we would like to try a sample of the house wine, we accepted, so she brought three wine glasses that were visibly filthy. however, she poured the wine anyway. we did not drink the wine. she comes back to ask if we wanted to order any other drinks or appetizers. we ordered two appetizers and drinks. then, we are looking at the menu when we hear the people next to us were asking for to go boxes to their server who was right next to them sweeping with a dust pan in her hands. so we wondered, if she washed her hands before she wrapped the food. then she came back, brought the food back with the check and went right back to sweeping. our server brings the appetizers, bread and side plates and goes right to the other table to talk to them but she forgets to bring silverwareto us. so we had to wait for her to finish her story with the other table to get her attention so we could get the silverware to start eating. she brought the silverware, and i oppened my napkim and it was dirty with sauce on the inside. pretty nasty! couple of minutes later she brings our main courses but she didnt take our appetizers plates off the table yet. my pasta was not aldente, it was cold and the sauce tasted like the took it out of a can. my husband's steak was well done and he asked for it to be medium well, and he couldnt eat it because it tasted like it went bad. When the server saw that my husband couldnt eat it she said that she was sorry and she offered to take it off the bill. finally we asked her for the bill, and she took the steak off which was nice. we were in the process of paying the bill when the other servers were being loud and started chacing each other until one of the girls started running and then she jumped on top of a booth and started laughing out loud. wow what a crazy night! we were never asked if we wanted desserf or coffee, so we didnt have any. worse dinner ever, i dont think they are going to make it like this. me and my husband never ever wrote a review or complained about a restaurant, but all we could think about in our way home is that we wanted to throw up and that we didnt want other people to have such a horrible experience. olive garden, has a long way to go before they could compete with any other restaurant in exton. i prefer wawa 100 times better.

If you read my previous post about Fennarios. Then you would be able to see Benny's Pizza, which is right across the street. One would think that 2 places that are not competing for customers would help each other out. But sadly this is not the case. Fennarios tells about them and welcomes Benny's customers with joy and friendliness. Benny's on the other hand see's Fennario's customers as nuisance. I do understand some of it. Benny's have a great point not to want kids hanging out in front of their establishment. It draws unwanted attention. But these same kids came in with their friends who were eating and sat down. To be then told by manager ( I'm guessing at that he was the manager or owner) to leave if not ordering any thing. Now you have a pizza shop, which is what kids like, not a 5 star place. And there its not like people are not pounding on the doors to get in. Before the came in I was was the only person there. I for one wouldn't care if the kids were there. If they ordered something great. If not there friends did. So you made some thing off the deal. Plus just because these kids don't buy food this time. Doesn't mean that they won't go home and tell their parents about the place and then come back to spend more. I guess they just don't like money. But I always remember one thing "" kids are people to."" And this bad temper towards customers wasn't just to kids. My business partner went in to grab a slice, and the owner yelled at him because we bought all the teenagers to to the area. We did for a battle of the bands that was going on at Fennario's. And my business partner said ""yeah and all those kids came and bought food here. I guess you don't like money."" Then turned and walked out the door. Now they say that they are "" The first in town and the Best in town"". The first might be true, but I sure hope the second isn't or West Chester is in dire need for good pizza. I ordered 2 slices of sausage pizza, and it was very bland. I mean even the sausages themselves have no taste what so ever. I was hungry so I ate it with a lot of garlic. I'm not sure if I'll be in the area again, but one thing that is for sure is that I will never be going here again. And to make matters worse they have those seats from the 70's that don't move. So if you are a true fat kid good luck getting in and even more luck getting out. With all this being said I can't never in good faith recommend this place to any one. So Benny' Pizza has been Fat Kid Tested, but unfortunately NOT Fat Kid Approved. Stay peckish my Friends

We had a large dinner party here and the service was so bad , I will NEVER return. The arrogant bartender, waitress and especially host should have been fired. The owner is a very nice person who tried to make ammends. Other people we know have gone there since and rave about the place. I guess going there for dinner is ok, just don't plan any parties.
