I have had the same experience in the past with this Menard and their mangers could definitely benefit with some training in the act of costumer service. However the reason I decided to give 4 stars was not because of the crappy manger or even their crappy layout. Because sometime you get that one employee who there every day or so it seams and is always in a cheerful mood or so it seams. Some one who doesn't have the most glamorous job but seams to make do with a happy disposition. I applaud Menards for thinking out side of the box and hiring a seniors. I truly believe they have a lot to offer and serve us well in their golden years. I hope we see a lot more of them. I'm only sorry they don't get the respect they deserve from the vast majority of the community today. The Senior or respectfully "Older employee" is Lyn G. Kudos for a good hire.
