I took my husband to HHI for his birthday. What a beautiful island. We stayed at this hotel and arrival was great, check in was great, but when I realized we were going to be checkout late, I called and requested this b/c I am a member. The young lady told me this would be okay. I call and advised them that i would not be able to come to the front desk, however they had my credit card on file and i was checking out. the following week, after checking my bank statements, I realized that I had been double charged. When i called and spoke to a representative, he decided to try and educate me on the check out process. after letting him know that I had a B.A in Hospitality and was very familiar with this procedure and he then decided to refund me my money. I just thought that was rude.
