I just wanted to say thank you real quick guys. I 'm glad I have a place I can come to with a problem and have it taken care and leave with no worries. I know that things dont always go as planned when repairing cars and its nice to know that when things do go wrong the guys at GWIZZ know how to handle it professionally. I hope that you guys read these....thanks again, and I hope I only see you for my oil changes for awhile !!! Amanda C.
My wife and I are new to the Watertown area and we heard about GWIZZ from some people on Drum. We went in for new brakes and an alignment. The work was done right the first time...and quickly too !!!!!!! Being new to the area, its nice to be able to have a place we can bring our cars to that we can trust to do great work at a fair price. If you need anything done PLEASE look these guys up. Thanks GWIZZ....we will be sure to come back and send our friends.

Back in November I took my 2006 Ford Explorer to them for a simple driver side rear axle seal leak. The next day I picked it up after they charged me $315.00 for the ""fix."" Little did I know they completely messed up my 4 wheel drive system. The 4x4 malfunction light was on, ABS light and ESB light. My car was sputtering when I left the parking lot so I called them complaining about the problem and they said they were unaware of what they did and wanted to charge me a $59.00 diagnostic fee to find out what THEY messed up. I said no and took it to Dealmaker Ford where they concluded that G-Wizz Auto broke the tone rings on both rear wheels. G-Wizz refuses to admit to the fact that they were the cause of the problem and didn't refund any of my money nor reimburse me for the new fix. DO NOT GO THERE! They are all young mechanics with little to no experience and are looking for a quick buck!!
