Absolutely terrible!!! I took my new Chrysler 300 there for its first oil change and the next time I drove it I almost got into an accident on the expressway because my car wouldn't go. Took it into the dealership and was told they put a faulty oil filter in. So not only was I out the $40 for the oil change I had to pay $200 to the dealership for a rental, another oil change and labor costs! When my husband called this place multiple times the owner was never around and never called us back. All we were told was next time they'd give us a free oil change. No thank you!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO TO THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. I don't even know how they're still in business! Shame on you!

Been a regular customer but won’t be going back. About 6 months ago I had an oil cap on one of my cars that wouldn’t come off. To their credit they didn’t drain the oil first, but it was them on my previous visit that over tightened the cap. The was so tight it broke and had to be removed in pieces.I took my older car in for an oil change and asked for a bottle of Lucas Oil Stabilizer too. When they removed the oil fill cap they broke the cover/handle off of it, I saw them do it. Then they set the broken piece on top so it looked ok and closed the hood. When they came to my window with the bill they had charged me for 5 quarts of oil AND the quart of Lucas. My motor doesn’t hold 6 quarts, they charged me for oil I didn’t get.Got home, glued the broken cap, hope it holds so I don’t have to buy a second cap because of Forster’s. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

The technicians accidentally installed a defective oil filter and there was a major oil leak on my car. When I took it back they repaired the oil filter, they cleaned the entire undercarriage, they gave me two car wash vouchers with a smile! The professionalism and respect that I received from these guys was unmatched. I will be going back to them with both my car and my wife's car. Thank you for the great experience and for repairing my wife's car!

K.C. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience at Forsters, Currently our Synthetic Blends start at $32.99 and come with a free car wash valued at $5.50. However, we carry a large supply of oil from different manufacturers and also carry oils such as Valvoline Max Life and Quakers State Defy (High Mileage) which would cost more money. $49.99 for Max Life. Again, sorry for any confusion that may have arose. -Forsters Oil Change and Uhaul

Got my brake pads replaced here. Guy didn't tightened my lug nuts when putting tires back on. The next day my front passenger tire nearly came off. By the time I was able to get it to the side of the road, there was one lugnut left and the studs where the others used to be had snapped in half. Had to get my car towed. Its not worth it. Don't go here.

DO NOT get your oil changed at Rj's! I went there for a routine oil change. The middle eastern guy told the best oil for my Audi was 15W40 I assumed he knew what he was talking about since he should know everything oil. Come to find out later that it is diesel oil and should never be in a gasoline engine. I went back because my car began idling badly and the guy with the beard said the oil had nothing to do with it and he would change the oil at my cost. Please do yourself a favor and find any other place to except Rj's.

Semi synthetic was $55 here and I normally pay $35 at the dealership. They just said that I was blocked in their garage and that they didn't believe me that I normally pay that even though I showed them the dealer price online while I was waiting... Nice people.. Probably wont be back
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
