In October 2013, I purchased a used 2006 Nissan Xterra from Feldman Chevrolet (located on Grand River, Novi). The Sales Manager and the sales rep provided an excellent service, they were honest and punctual in their service deliverance. The xterra was spotless both inside and outside, Under the hood was clean as a whistle. This experience made me to select Feldman Hyundai, Waterford when I resolved to purchase another xterra. Oh, boy did I make a mistake: 1. Salesman had no knowledge of the product he was selling to me. Another Salesman had to show him a compartment at the top of the SUV. 2. promised me a 101 inspection report, he failed to deliver. 3. Car was not ready when I showed up to pick it up. Had to make another trip. 4. Made two trips from Taylor, Mi to Waterford....a phone call from Salesman would have helped. 5. Xterra was full of cat or dog hair and the detail work has a lot to be desired...very unhealthy. 6, Salesman did not know car was involved in accident...,CarFast clearly indicates there was front end collision. When I mentioned it to him, he went back to find out. Mind you the accident happened when the xterra was in the possession of the Dealer. Salesman came back and said nobody knows what happened...it might have been a minor accident...pure incompetency or a "story"Very disappointing and regretfull customer service from Doug. I did appreciate the ride from Taylor to Waterford.

My husband Tony has probably bought about 15 vehicles over the past 25 years, but he has sworn that he would never buy from a dealership because he had a negative impression of "used car salesmen." We had been searching online for weeks for an 8-passenger minivan, and when "just what we had been looking for" came up at R&R Motors he reluctantly agreed we could drive three hours to look at it. Our experience there was excellent, and there was absolutely no pressure from either the man or the woman we worked with there. I think the man's name was Joe, but his signature on our paperwork was not one of his strong points, so I'm not sure. When Tony thanked him for not pressuring us in any way, he said something like, "I sure wouldn't want someone rushing me if I was trying to make a decision, so I don't do it to others." Anyway, we LOVE our new van, and wouldn't hesitate to work with R&R Motors next time around. Good luck in your search. Maybe your next vehicle is at R&R like ours was.

I went on here to write a positive review about this dealer, but when I read some of the other reviews posted, I was in shock! My experience was great when I purchased my vehicle from them last month. This was the first time I've purchased a car on my own and it couldn't have been a better experience. The sales staff was very friendly about helping me choose a vehicle and financing option that worked for me. I was introduced to the service manager and he explained what service work had been done to vehicle and what maintenance may need to be done in the near future. I really appreciated their honesty. After reading the reviews below, I can only say that they must be under new management because I can't imagine a better experience purchasing a used car.

Leased a new 2015 Elantra from James and he is amazing. My lease price is outstandingly low and I am more than pleased with the car and service. I am very happy that I went with Feldman and I would definitely recommend James because of his absolutely amazing service and he was very easy to contact!

Awesome experience here! I hate negotiating with sleezy salesman because I never feel like I got a good deal in the end. Here they provided me with all the knowledge I was looking for and saved me a whole lot of headache from shopping around.

Found a nice car and they wouldn't negotiate the price. They said they do Internet marketing so their prices aren't flexible even though I found the exact same car at another nearby dealership for $2000 less... Waste of time

Nice used cars at reasonable prices. When you buy something, they give you a full tank of gas as a courtesy-which is great with gas approaching $4.00/gallon, and even wash and detail your new car. Will buy here again.
