My wife and I frequent the Grill often and would get there steak salad often , this passed Thursday we went and all I can say is stay away. The steak use to be tender and very tasty. They changed the grade of beef not the same and I won't be back again for it. I use to tell all my friends to go and have the steak salad that it was the best in the area not anymore. Did the waitress ask us how are meal was , no , or I would of told her, there was a guy going around asking folks how there meal was, did he stop at our table, no. A waste of a meal and $50 of my money. That cow died in vain.
No Stars, Horrible Service, Disgusting atmosphereI like to start this Review by stating the facts of the issue at hand. On July 3'rd at the Applebee's in Washington at Trinity Point my mother and Husband had their anniversary dinner at the restaurant. The customer service was poor, when the food arrived, my mothers' plate which was shrimp had a hair in it. She beckoned the manager over and explained the problem, an apology was made and a new plate was brought back within five minuets, my mother was concerned that they may have just pushed her food on an new plate and wished she would have ordered something different. The most outrageous part of the whole deeming experience was they did not refund them the meal or any thing of the sort to show the sympathy or generosity when something of this nonsense happens. At all times cooks should be required to wear a neat or some type of protectant from food or other bodily items falling into food. If when necessary and a terrible event like this does occur the appropriate customer service response would be to refund the whole meal. I am writing a letter to corporate about this unacceptable event and do expect a formal response and competency.
