Their Manners and politeness was okay with the hours appointment time was 10am got there early around 915am didn't get seen until 10:45 very upset because of my daughter is now 18 I guess she's considered an adult now they still basically ended up putting the kids before her because their time by it was a general cleaning don't set an appointment time for today a.m. it still don't be seated till a whole hour later why except adults if you going to still put the kids in front first so my oldest daughter will not be going there anymore

Loved it!!!! This was our families first visit and we were a little apprehensive about it because who really likes going to the dentist? Anyway, they exceeded the expectation. Everyone, and I mean every one was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk were a pleasure to deal with. Andrew and the other young lady who initially assisted us were AWESOME!!!. To top it off the office was running behind but we were still in and out in a timely manner considering the number of patients seen. Simply put this office is delightful, professional and I would highly recommend it to other families. Keep up the great work!!!!

As far as I can tell the clinical staff are excellent professionals. The location and scheduling availability were good for me. However, the customer experience sucks. The waiting room features televisions blasting Fox News. I asked the staff to turn it down but they said their patrons need something to watch. This is a pediatric medical service, yet few pediatricians in this country think children are getting too *little* screen exposure. Thinking that children have a problem that putting them in front of screens can solve is just awful. That it's Fox rubs salt in the wound. In addition, I had problems with my insurance. These were not the dental company's fault. But because of their rigid bureaucratic procedures, I actually had to make and come for three appointments with my son before we got it straightened out. They would submit my info to their billing department, who would submit it to the company. We'd wait half an hour, learn there was a problem, and then be told that we'd missed our scheduling slot. I am certain that a smaller, more traditional practice like the one we used to go to would have just seen us and then worked it with the insurance company. In fact, I think I will switch back to them.

Pleasant, fast and thorough. Also, they are probably the nicest dental office. I have been to several, but have stayed with Water Brook Dental for over 3 years.

This place absolutely lives up to the reviews!Went today for my initial visit, and could not be happier! Also helps that they accept my dental planSuper high tech. Every single person I came into contact with at this office was extremely friendly, and professional. From the moment I walked in, everything was explained to me in full detail. The receptionist, had a full breakdown of what my dental benefits were, available for me to review so there was no secret about what may or may not be an out-of-pocket expense.

Great place! My friend at work recommended them since they take our insurance. I called to make an appointment and I could get a date til 6 days later. When I went, I understood why. It's a great office and the people are super nice. They explain everything and even helped me understand my insurance better. I'll definitely be back!

From a person that works in customer service my mind was blown. At this office they immediately know your name when you walk in. You are greeted by the front staff with big smiles. They build rapport by encouraging small talk. They check in every so often while doing your cleaning to make sure your comfortable. They are also conscience of saving you money. I don't see why I would ever go anywhere else. I really feel comfortable here. They've just earned a lifetime regular.
Tips & Advices
An increasing number of children are getting tooth whitening treatments and veneers. However, dental experts advise against childhood cosmetic procedures except in the event of an emergency.
Prospective patients should choose a dentist who is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry or the American Dental Association. These organizations offer their members the latest in dental research, procedures, and training. It’s also a good idea to request photos of the dentist's prior work to see the quality.
A gum lift is a quick procedure where a dentist removes a bit of gum tissue to give a person a less gummy smile. The gum line is cut and reshaped, and a laser is used to seal blood vessels. A gum lift is also known as a gingivectomy. On the opposite end, a gingivoplasty adds gum tissue to the gum line to make teeth look smaller or treat gum recession.
Dental implants are metal frames that are surgically attached to the jaw bone. An orthodontist then attaches artificial teeth to the frame to replace any that are missing. They are one of the most expensive cosmetic procedures, but they're the most suitable option for people with several missing teeth adjacent to one another. Dental implants are also used to stabilize dentures.
Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain shaped to cover a person's tooth. They're a popular choice for people who want to make slight alterations to their smile, such as altering the size, shape, or color of one or more teeth. To apply veneers, a cosmetic orthodontist shaves a thin layer of enamel off the patient's tooth. Then, he or she applies resin to the veneer and seals it to the tooth with a curing light. Veneers preserve more of the natural tooth than crowns and are more stain-resistant than bonding.
