Not a good experience. They are great at calling once they book you for the job. After that, no return calls. They lied multiple times as to when they could get to the job. It took them twice as long to get to it as they said it would. After all that mess, they put on the wrong shingle on our roof. Also, halfway through the job, they had the nerve to ask me to pay the crew before the job was even done. They left a mess for me to pick-up afterwords also. I would not recomend them to anyone.

Superior Roofing & Siding
Just finished a full siding and roof job with the contractor. A job of two weeks lasted 9 weeks with really bad communication( never return phone calls in a timely manner unless he needs something) and never know when they would show up to work on the house. The finished work is mediocre in quality and I would not use them for siding work based on final result. The only thing that I am happy about is they did get the job done and I do not need to deal with the situation anymore.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
