Salesperson Vince went above and beyond in finding us a car that fits our needs and our budget. Dealership is great and offers a lifetime powertrain warranty. We bought a new Ford Escape and love it! Thanks Vince!

This has to be the most surprising experience for me!!! I went in expecting to purchase a used car and didn't want to get a new car thinking it was out of my price range. I spoke to Kenneth Oliver, letting him know that I am a first time buyer active duty service member. He took the time to give me all of my options, never pushy and helped educate me about picking the right car that's afford for me instead of just selling me a car. I ended up getting a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion that I admire and CAN afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend FIve Star Ford on Russell Parkway!! Again ask for !!!K E N N E T H O L I V E R!!!

Five Star Ford Lincoln
My overall experience was great. I have been looking at trucks for a few months and I saw the one that i wanted at Five Star so I called up there and talked to Martavious West. He answered all of my questions and he had the truck pulled around waiting on me to look at when i arrived. I bought my truck at what I felt like was a fair price. If you are looking for a new vehicle just call Five Star and ask for Martavious West.

Five Star Ford Lincoln
Looking to upgrade from a Focus to an Escape. Spent maybe 10 minutes haggling and got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Shane Harris and team was awesome. When other dealerships aren't willing to negotiate Five Star Ford steps up to the plate. Super job!!!

Jerry Gray gave me an excellent experience ordering my 2017 Ford Raptor from Five Star Ford. He was always on call to answer any questions throughout the processes. I have purchased many vehicles and this is the first time that a salesman was honest and helpful. Go to Jerry Gray at Five Star Ford for all your vehicle needs.

Five Star Ford Lincoln
My experience was really good. The sales people kept their cool even when pressed for hard negotiations. They even accommodated having for performance parts installed at a reasonable price. This is a sales experience multiplier that shows they care about more than numbers and pushing cars. My salesman Jermey was respectful, calm, and did not stoop to manipulation or badgers. I'm sending anyone who wants a Ford to this dealership.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
