I have always had fairly positive experiences at this office, and been treated very quickly. I recently was diagnosed with RSS, however. I am currently writing a paper on this syndrome in order to clarify treatment options. Although I can not speak for the entire staff at this office, Dr. Huntley and her team seem to be very professional to me. I also appreciate the fact that if a cause and course of treatment are not well-known, they will do research and not simply speculate!

This is the absolute worst doctors office in the history of doctors offices. Dr. Sylvia faults is a mean, nasty, and stankin nurse practitioner vet thinks she is a doctor. She gave my wife a shot in her back and my wife has had horrible back trouble since. She is not qualified to do many of the things she proclaims she does. Take this is a warning! These people in this doctors office will try to make you out to be a bad person.

Al-Shroof Mohammad N MD
I"ve mostly see the NP here at this office, which are great! My experience with Dr. Shroof on 4/26 was less than satisfactory! My appointment wasn't even with him but because they overbook, he stepped in to help.He rushed through the appointment, he didn't listen at all to my concerns, didn't adequately handled my concerns, spoke at me and not with me, then suggested one of my symptoms was because of an infection- this particular infections should've gotten more attention but he didn't do a thing. I shouldn't have been sent home without my blood pressure or blood work being done and probably sent to the hospital. Now, because I went on the patient portal to tell about my experience, they decided to no longer see me and didn't even address my concerns!!! Don't go to this office! His staff is wonderful in the front and so are nurses/tech.. The two doctor's I've seen there are judgmental, condescending, unprofessional and frankly a liability to your health! They even went as far as blocking me from patient portal so I couldn't obtain my records! I will be reporting this office to the BBB, and The State Medical Board!

My son has been seeing Dr. Bhasin for 7 years now. Before finding her, we have lost all hope that we would find a psychiatrist to help him.

I asked for two warts to be removed. I did not asked for lab work or was given a choice of where to have work sent to. They sent my warts with out my permission or notification for lab work and charged me a total of $3002.00I call this extreme unprofessionalism.

Dr. Deepti Bhasin has the office very organized. It makes you feel like you're not standing around waiting for someone to tell you where to go like in some offices.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
