Great. Found the problem and fixed it to get me back on the road. I'll definitely use them anytime I am back in town. Wish we had a shop that professional and honest at home.

They do excellent work. My car looked great when I picked it up. They were also very friendly and even helped me with filing my claim. I will recommend them to everyone.

Found a new shop for my car. These guys are honest and it is really hard to find in mechanics today. If you want to trust your mechanic again you have to go see them in Warner Robins.

I would have to agree that they know what they are doing. But leaving things to see if a customer notices the mistake is not professional in my opinion. Took three attempts for them to do a simple paint job correctly. Honesty and integrity means a lot to me. You won't find either here.

RCI Collision
I will never recommend RCI. I've had two vehicles repaired there and both times the car had to go back in a 2nd time to get fixed right. The first car the paint started cracking and coming off the bumper cover. They took it back in and fixed it, but it should never had been a problem in the first place. The second car they completely failed to match the paint color. What they painted looked more pink than the red on the rest of the car. The owner tried telling me it was simply because of the new clear coat, which was a complete lie. After they took it back in they had to paint it two more times before it matched. They also had mishandled and caused damage to various parts, applied clear coat too heavy resulting in runs, and failed to address everything that required repair. In total they had my car for a little more than 2 months this winter. Finally, they are absolutely terrible at communication. 90% of the time if I got an update, it was because I called them.

Terrible customer service, promised my daughters car to be done in 3 days, received text updates from them stating car would be ready on Friday at 1600, so thought, ok a few days wont matter. Got a text saying car was ready to be picked up, teenage daughter went to pick it up (I was out of the country), when she arrived, the place was closed for Black Friday (I guess this is a federal holiday for them). Obviously customer service is not important to them, as they should have called on Wednesday to say the car was ready. Not a professional organization at all.

Georgia Auto Brokers
Seamless transaction, I was expecting a long drawn out hassle. But in less than 2 days I was in my car. The loan officer was even surprised at the price. I couldn't be happier & would recommend Buddy Howard to anybody. He earned our business quickly. He gave us the keys & let us drive it overnight, found other cars we might be interested in, & paid off the car we were in. A European car with low miles & great gas mileage. I'm not even used to driving anything this nice. Can't thank Buddy enough. My next car will come from him too. This after I spent twice as much on a vehicle, spending .$2 K more than sticker & 3 times as much as the value. I learned my lesson & Buddy really did more than he should have. More than satisfied. Rare to find a person much less a car salesman this honest. If you find yourself feeling like salesmen are circling, head over to see Buddy & he'll put you in a nice ride.

CROOKS! I'll let a homeless crackhead work on my vehicle before EVER dealing with these people again!
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
