Great menu and finely prepared dishes. The porcini soufle appetizer (which is more than enough to be a main course) is sublime. Very nice room, well trained and hospitable staff, and an extensive and well selected wine list.

NFish is one of my favorite ""old reliables"". Always a good meal with great service at a great price. I was just there last week with one of my pals who is going through an awful, awful divorce. I asked the waitress privately if there was anything she could do to cheer him up. She told me now to worry about it - she'd take care of everything. Well, wouldn't you know, about 10 minutes into our meal, here comes the waitress with a 25 pound WHOLE tuna (head and all) - she snuck up behind my friend and slammed him in the back of the head with the tuna. It was a great icebreaker. We laughed and laughed. Anyway, don't leave without trying the calamari - it is one of the best I've tasted. The sword is also consistently fresh and tasty.

I am a weekly, if not more frequent customer at Tempo. I think of it as my ""Cheers"" restaurant because it is a place where everyone does know your face, if not your name! Beginning with the receptionists and including the bartenders and waitstaff, the people are friendly and actively trying to make the dining enjoyable. The food is marvelous. I know that the chef/owner shops himself for the food, frequenting the\r wholesale fish market every day and the local farmers markets all summer. At Tempo, I particularly love the perfectly fried clams, the succulent butternut squash raviolis and the thin-crusted wild mushroom pizza for appetizers. Each easily serves 2. The salads are spectacular. I go often with a friend who thinks that the week is not complete without a Tempo pear, pistachio and gorgonzola salad. The entrees are delicious and always large enough to pack a lunch from the leftovers. Our favorites are the chicken and artichokes, the Brandt steak (which is almost double the price if you order it in Boston restaurants), and almost any of the creative and totally fresh fish offerings. The veggies that come with the entrees are varied and always compliment the main course. (I also savor the macaroni and cheese and the au grautin potatoes). Desserts are lovely, and like the entrees beautifully presented. I'm almost salivating writing this review! To me the food is of high quality and excellent value. Generally, when we go to a different restauant at the urging of friends, we are slightly disappointed and think that we would have had a more delicious meal in a place with great energy if we had gone to our favorite place, Tempo!

I have been visiting Marcellino's for years and have been impressed each and every time! The food is always delish... from the app to the dinner to the dessert. The staff is always willing to answer any questions. I have also tried some wonderful wines.... \r \r I would highly recommend...\r \r Great to get dinner and then go see a flick at the Waltham theatre.... but be sure to leave plenty of time... you don't want to rush this experience!

My family has an authentic Italian restaurant in the mid-west and I've always been a snob about other Italian restaurants as a result but not after dining at Campania. The food is very creative, exquisitely prepared, perfectly timed and absolutely delicious! The wine list is excellent. The place is tight on space but if you enjoy feeling like you've been transported to a small, hole-in-the-wall and intimate Italian tratoria, then I feel you should overlook this. It's cozy and filled with intimate, hushed conversations. The waitstaff is very attentive but not overly so. The manager or chef has always visited my table (or the bar if I'm eating there) and ensured everything was up to par. They know what they are doing here. The staff regularly travels to Italy for ideas, tastings and education. It truly is a gem of a place that I hope is around for a very long time. Plus, the added benefit is that if you live in the burbs, you will know that places like this are often downtown to it's a special treat to find something nearby. Overall, I can't say enough about this palce. I would give service a ""5"", the atmosphere a ""5"" and the food a ""5"" as well. The only real challenge is parking but generally, in the evening, you can find something on the street so it's not like parking in the North End. Bravo Campania!!

This restaurant was always big with the Brandeis University student crowd when I was there a few years ago, considering it?s relatively close to campus. Waits got long on weekend nights though, so I?d definitely recommend reservations. The dining room also had a tendency to get noisy. But the food was as good as any other Bertucci?s outlet and mayb a step above other Italian chains, like Olive Garden. Pizzas at this Bertucci?s came out of a wood oven, and I could sit there all night just eating those warm dinner rolls and be satisfied. This place definitely wasn?t a bad choice for dinner with the family or a large group of friends when I was in Waltham.

i've been a few times, and this is truly authentic Latin American Food, specifically from El Salvador and Mexico regions. Try the Pupusas! they are my favorite. The last time we went there was no alcohol, but I wonder if that's changed, that's the only con.

My wife and I visited for the first time at 4pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was had only a few occupied seats, but the waitress was extremely slow to get our order, refill the water, or give us the bill at the end. Despite the bad service, the food was fantastic. It was some of the best breakfast food I've had at a restaurant, and we'll definitely be back for more. I had the cranberry pancakes and cheesy home fries, and my wife had the french toast and spit pea soup.

I'm glad I came here the other night. I was expecting to hang out with a couple of golf guys after our round and have a few beers and pub food. We were surprised to find not only great pub food, but a rather extensive menu as well. The tropical chicken skewers and Sausage Pizza got us started on the right track and were great. I loved my Shepherd's Pie and one friend loved his Cape Codder sandwich while the other said his Chicken Curry was exceptional. We were told that the owner was from Ireland and by the way the bartender poured our Guinness we could tell. Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

Member foodcritic11111 obviously had a bad experience here. That member also needs to lay off the caps lock button.\r \r I found this review and decided to write about my positive experiences as I don't think the only review on this site is fair at all to Demo's. Whether you like the food or not, the staff is attentive, very pleasant, and I happen to think the food is delicious and exactly what you'd expect from a cafeteria-style Greek restaurant. You're not getting four-star food because it's not a four-star place. But the service is great and the food is prepared quickly, never had a bad experience and I've eaten there many times. Try it out, you won't be disappointed if you're hungry and want to get a lunch with some substance to it.

Where can I start, Solea's has to be the best Tapas Restaurant in New England. I lived in Europe for a while so I can tell you they are authentic. The restaurant is glam and beautiful. The location is marvelous, Moody Street is a jewel in the ruff, so many restaurants, so diverse and so delicious. The service at Solea's is always great, the food is out of this world. If you never had Tapas trust your waiter to give you a few pointers. Here are a few favorites from my list. From the cold menu, you must try the Palta Reina, that is an avocado stuff with crab meat, mango and cilantro. From the hot menu try the Queso de cabres montanes- that is baked goat cheese with tomatoes and basil. Duck in a berry sauce, and also the scallops with saffron cream. sauce The prices are reasonable not expensive at all. The food and the service are excellent. When you dine at Solea's you feel like you are in Costa Del Sol, once you step out of the restaurant you can walk to several local irish bars. I lived in waltham for a while and Moody Street is a wonderful street. You can visit Solea's first and work your way to the rest of the local restaurants. Moody Street is a wonderful street.

The service was great. I work in a company and everytime I go there, the service is great. When you go for lunch time, it was great. I am a picky person, so I ordered something very uncommon, while other sushi chefs seemed like they had trouble making it, sushi chef from Sushi yasu seemed to enjoy it and loved to make me another uncommon roll. My favorit combo is spicy udon with Rainbow roll. The udon tasts good and the fish on rainbow roll are so fresh. You should not let this reststaurant pass by.

Ponzu is the best - I've been eating here since it opened a few years ago, and everyone I've ever talked to who's been loves it! By the second time you go there, you are greeted as an old friend and often given free nibbles to start the meal (either that or the chef wants to fatten my husband and me up). Excellent quality sushi and a wonderful array of creative dishes drawing from Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Korean and other cuisines.

I get take-out here a lot and have also dined in. The food is delicious, service was great. Take-out is ready quickly. I love their vegetable soup and they have awesome Pad Thai (it's a huge portion and I typically get one order and eat it for 3 days!) The pineapple chicken is very yummy - chicken with vegatables and cashews in pineapple sauce with rice. I highly recommend this to those new to Thai food as well as those who already are fans! Ambience is very nice, Asian themed with lots of nice plants etc.

\r \r The first time i tried Tree Top i fell in LOVE with the pad thai i thought it was just a perfect consistency of sweet and sour to chicken to shrimp. And their crazy noodles are amazing another one of my favorites! Myself being from the laos/thai ethnicity, I think that this is as authentic as it gets. Even the Tree Top salad is delicous although it's small its very good. The dressing is a peanut dressing, smothered over mixed vegge's and fruits fantastic! All in all amazing food and service! Top 5 fav!

I loved this place! Great laid back atmosphere and loved the menu even more! There was a good band that played later that night (don't remember the name though). I highly recommend the nachos and chicken tender platter, the chicken tender platter was probably the best I've had in the Boston area! Also, the prices were phenomenal; fairly cheap for such great food! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

I placed an order for takeout on a Monday afternoon and ordered the chicken yellow curry special and Tom Ka soup (coconut w/chicken). My order was completed quickly, accurately and all in a secure plastic takeout container with no leaks. The chicken soup was delicious, generously sized and full of chicken. The curry was a mildly spicy and also excellent and full of chicken and veggies - NO SKIMPING HERE. They also separated the chicken curry from the rice, a nice touch. There were two steamed dumplings (a bit bland) and one spring roll (nice and crunchy) too. I can't wait to try this place for dinner.

The Skellig is the best thing to happen to Waltham in the four years I've been living there. Finally a fun, busy place to go out in Waltham, instead of feeling like you always have to go into the city. The crowd is a eclectic mix of college students, young professionals, and townies, and the atmosphere and music are great. I'm becoming a regular...

We are a local business that ordered from this company multiple times a week only because there are not many delivery options at our location. This week alone we have placed 5 orders in 4 days. Earlier this week, my coworker ordered a sub with a couple of editions. The sub arrived just as she wanted. Today, she ordered the same sub the same way, and it was not prepared correctly. Not only that, but the pasta I ordered was open and spilled all over everything inside the bag. This in itself, is not a big deal.....or at least it didn't have to be....... My coworker called, and a woman (who claimed to be the owner) was very defensive and rude. I could hear her screaming at my coworker from across the room, and she hung up on my coworker. I then called back and spoke with her, and she had a HUGE attitude and continued to scream at me. She told me that she did not care. I asked if she was the owner and she said yes. I am so shocked that a local business owner would treat her customers like this. As you can see by the other reviews, this is a recurring theme at NY Deli Pizzeria. She then told me I was ruining her day! Meanwhile, my lunch was gross so therefore I did not eat it. When I told her I was going to write a bad review, she told me that she knew where my office was and that she would come down here if I did. (I'm shaking in my boots) I was a restaurant manager for several years and worked in the food industry for even longer. It is completely absurd to me that a business owner would allow this sort of behavior in her establishment, let alone be the example to her employees. No one from our company will ever order from this place again, which is an average of almost $100 per week. I may call the better business bureau.
