I contacted the company advising the bat was too short and I will need to exchange it for a larger size. I wasn’t home when the package was received. My daughter was excited and opened it up. Once I got home I noticed she needed a larger bat. The bat hasn’t left the house. I contacted the company immediately and they gave me the run around stating they are awaiting a response from “Boss Man”. I asked to speak to Dominic the “Boss Man”, and the front desk staff couldn’t keep up with her lies and stuttered stating he was on the phone, then he was working on something, and he will be out of the office all day. I am amazed how this company is run. Finally, I called DeMarini directly, they will rewrap the bat for free and mail to me. Since the bat is unused and never left the house. At this point I wrote complaints to DeMarini Corporate office, BBB, and now EBay. Because the company refuses to call me and figure a way to make sure the back can be exchanged after it has been rewrapped by the manufacture. The owner wrote me back stated I made threats. I didn’t make threats, I complained. They told me I have 14days. I will make the deadline. I am afraid they will retaliate against me. I did state that if something comes up I will file a small claims suit. I haven’t had a response since. I want the owner Dominic to contact and he refuses to do so.
