While at the rental place I was given the keys to a hyundai and that was it.There was no explanation of the rental agreement. My Fiancé went back inside and asked was Jonas going to do a physical inspection to write down the issues with the car so we wouldn't be charged for something that we didn't do.The seats were stained and there were minor scrapes that we noticed before leaving with the car.Jonas refused to because he said he knew nothing was wrong with the car because it was returned that morning. He was asked isn't there a policy to inspect before hand for damage and he said it is, but brushed it off.The plastic under the front bumper was hanging so I had to return the car.Had we looked over the car maybe this could have been caught and resolved beforehand.I came back to be told there was nothing else left but a mini van and that I can go to the airport (completely out of my way, especially considering returning put our trip off track time wise) for a rental.I told Jonas I was not interested in a van and booked a compact size car for mileage and price since we were going out of state.I asked could he tape it up or something to hold and he said he had no tape.He reached down and popped the plastic up and said it should stay.I was pretty confident in the fact that it would come down so that was not enough for me.He said to hold on and let him get the next customer while he sees what he can do.He put us into a upgraded Malibu that had scrapes and other damage to the outside. My fiancé asked for a report noting the issues with this car before we left and Jonas agreed to do so.We all went outside and documented physical flaws to the car. After leaving we noticed that the XM Radio didn't work and that the tire pressure was low and needed air according to the message on the dash.We had to put air in this tire 2 times before returning the car. There was no need to ask Jonas for any help regarding the matter after we left, because he had already been more of a problem than a help.During every encounter that took place outside Jonas was rude in his tone, short in his answers, and seemed very irritated throughout the entire transaction. It was only about 9:15 when we arrived the first time and 10:30 the second time.I've never seen someone so rude so early in the morning. While trying to talk to him to gain clarity and make sure everything was okay with the vehicles, Jonas was rude and would walk off (heading into the building, but responding facing the direction he was walking) while being talked to.When asked what was his manager's name he said, "Paul I think."He said this as he was entering the building and my fiancé was still trying to conversate with him.He followed him inside and asked him what day would Paul be in and he said, "he will be here when you return the car." Again he was asked and Jonas replied, "uh Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday".At that time my Fiancé got rude with him and we left to make it to our destination. It was my intent to make a corporate complaint about his rudeness and so forth.I called once I left the rental location to find out that they were only Monday open through Friday. Monday on my way back, I called to make a complaint to the Manager since we were told he would be back when we returned the car. I spoke with Paul and asked for the Manager. Unaware that Paul was the assistant manager, I told him that I would try back for the manager once he asked me was there something he could help me with.Upon returning the car Paul was there. I told him our experience and the level of rudeness that we received. He instantly apologized, said he would speak to Jonas about this, discounted our rental, and gave us a credit for a future rental. There was no hesitation in him correcting the situation or trying to make up for the lack of professionalism that his worker displayed. He was friendly and personable from the beginning and made everyday conversation. He actually made me feel better about the situation.

I rented my car through them Sept. 20 through Sept 27. I originally booked it through the 26 but they were great about allowing me to add an extra day. I arrived early and the car they had for me was getting an oil change so I was asked if I wanted to wait or upgrade and they could get me out quicker. I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes. I did opt for the upgrade and so glad that I did. With the upgrade and the added day it was only $43 more and I saved that in gas alone (Got a fully loaded VW Passat with heated leather seats instead of a Chevy Cruz). When I turned in the car, the customer service was just as quick and just as friendly as when I picked it up. In and out within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

I rented a "full" sized car for a weekend trip. While I don't agree with their definition of "full size", the Ford Fusion turned out to be a good choice for the Interstate- good visibility, good responsiveness. In spite of normally driving a mini-van, I made friends with the Fusion. The customer service was excellent... friendly, explaining the way they do the deposit and charges to my credit card, prompt. And they didn't flinch when I had to make changes to the pick up time. Picked up in the pouring rain but it went well and everything was explained. Drop off, easy and quick. We've used this Enterprise location before and we'll continue to use them! A good group!
Tips & Advices
Although special insurance isn’t always legally required for a moving truck, all auto insurance providers and moving specialists suggest you buy the special policy from the moving truck company. This is because most auto insurance policies have exclusions for covering vans and trucks over a certain size, and also because auto insurance will not cover the personal property inside a moving truck.
In order to drive a rented moving truck, a person must be on the rental agreement. Just as with rental cars, getting another driver put on your rental truck agreement may carry an additional fee per day.
Moving truck rental cost does not include the fuel cost. Make sure to find out from the rental company if there is anything to know about the type of gas the truck requires, as well as the location of the gas tank.
The rules about moving trucks and weigh stations vary somewhat by state. Some states do not require trucks to stop if the occupants are doing a personal move, not commercial moves. Others require all commercial trucks to stop, regardless of what they’re calling. When in doubt, stop.
Yes, pets are allowed in some moving trucks. However, all moving companies clearly state that renters should not put pets in the cargo area, and that pets should be in a transport carrier or properly harnessed for everyone’s safety. Moving truck rental companies all have clearly posted pet transport safety tips that you should review before moving day.
