Finally,a positive experience buying a car! We (me, my husband and daughter ) went to Chris Leith Kia looking specifically for a Kia Optima for our daughter. Danny Via was the salesman that got stuck with me. I've had many bad/ horrible experiences buying a car,never a good experience. I was to kind at first but Danny was friendly and professional to us.it didn't take long for me to realize he is very sincere and knows his product! We looked at a few new Optimas en asked about used ones.danny didn't try to push us into a new one but instead took us to the used cars,found exactly what she wanted and then really impressed us. He went over every square inch of the car with us,focusing on our daughter to make sure she understood everything. She went for a test drive and we even worked out the price. She got cold feet,she just needed to think about it. We told Danny we were going to look elsewhere and he said he understood. NO PRESSUERE! After we went to another lot,Hannah said she wanted to go back and get her car. There were 2 scratches on the drivers at concerned her. I called dannynad told him we were coming back for the car,told him she was concerned about the scratches and that we were going to first. When we got back to the car lot,there sat her car,scratches gone! The paper work was done,he asked if she had any questions and even synchronized her phone with her car. We could not have had a better experience. I apologized for being "ugly", he said he figured I'd had bad experiences. He was correct. Danny Via takes the "bad" out of buying a car.

Took my Honda CRV in to have "the works" done but also told them that brake lights are not working. Now it was only about 30 minutes before closing time. I told them if they discovered it was just bulbs to go ahead and replace them but that if more involved that I could just bring it back another time. I got a call less than 10 minutes later saying "it is NOT the bulbs and we don't have time to do anything else about lights"...so I said okay just do "the works" for now. I picked it up later that night (after hours). Took the car home and next day decided I would just check the bulbs to be sure it was not that simple. WHAT DO YOU KNOW...new bulbs was all that was wrong and fixed everything. I guess I will never know for sure but I don't think they even checked the bulbs - if they did how could they have told me that was NOT the problem?! Anyway...like I said I will still probably take cars there for service but I will just know that I can't necessarily trust everything they say.

This happened to be the best dealership I have ever went to. When I went car shopping everyone wanted to sell me their crap. But when I came to Chris Leith Kia the salesmen Gary Irvin insured that I got a brand new car with low interest rate and below the monthly price that I wanted. If you want easy car shopping time go to Chris Leith call Gary Irvin he will have you do the application from home which will save you a lot of time and you can control your anticipation. All of have to do is lt him work he is very fast paced and covers all the details thoroughly. I just love my 2015 Kia Forte I thank God I came here.

I've not had the opportunity to do business w/this dealership as I'm not in the market for an auto at the present time but when the time comes, I will definitely explore the offerings by this company.it's willingness to pay and air a commercial about their faith and trust in the LORD JESUS CHRIST and to close on one of the busier days of the year to honor the Crucification, Death and Resurrection of Christ is enough for me to search them out. May God continue to Bless your Dealerships, Employees and especially the owner for the stand he has taken for his Lord & Savior.

This was the best car buying experience that I ever remember having (and I'm 50). Although we went into the dealership thinking we were 90 days out before making a purchase, Mark Anthony (Iapaluccio) the sales consultant was fantastic. Although he moved us forward in the sales process as any good sales consultant should, he was not pushy about it. He introduced us to the GM Dave Burrell who was also very accommodating. Finally, it all wrapped up with Glenn in Finance. My wife and I will not hesitate to recommend Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest.

Had an awesome salesman (John Martin), that gave me so much information on deciding whether to buy a new or used vehicle. After weighing the pros and cons, I decided to get a new 2017 Kia Sportage. John is truly an Amazing salesman and I appreciate all the knowledge he explained to me. Very honest and sincere young man. Thanks John for helping me get my brand new car. Great service at this dealership. Ask for John Martin.

Done my research...made a reasonable offer...David Lee was an awesome saleman..no pressure...either I wanted extra they offered or not..no pressure...simple and easy ...Recommend that you take the extra time to drive to Wake Forest and go to Chris Leith Kia :D
