We can't say enough great things about University Mazda, Eric our Salesperson and Duane the Sales Manager! We bought a new Miata, our third, from University Mazda. We had been to Lee Johnson Mazda first and they left us less than enthused. Poor follow up and they were not willing to negotiate a win win deal. We had to 'chase' the sales guy via phone and text to get him to call us back. We always check out the competition and this made us want to more. Eric understood we wanted to buy the car and negotiated in a fair way so that we got a MUCH better trade in our truck. He phoned around to see what the best deal he could get and beat LJ Mazda's trade in price by almost 2K. Totally win win! We got a better trade in price and they knew they could sell our trade in and make money. Eric was prompt in getting back to us and listening to our point of view. We walked in Monday night and Wednesday night we were driving our new baby home! Thanks University Mazda! Zoom! Zoom!
We couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from Premier / Tommy. My girlfriend and I found a truck we wanted to purchase in the Waco area, however we live in Houston, a 3 hour-ish drive away. We got in contact with Tommy and he did a pre-purchase vehicle inspection the following day at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the truck was not in as good a shape as the seller described it so we decided to pass, however, the very detailed assessment and photos (etc) saved us at least a 6 hour round trip, if not many thousands of dollars in future repairs had we bought it, as we wouldn't have spotted all the issues that Tommy did. While we didn't actually use Premier for a service call to repair our vehicle, I certainly would be using them for all my repair needs if they were located in Houston. Customer service and communication is first rate! Give them a call.. You won't regret it!
I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa from Elliot Stallings at Quality Cars at the end of January 2016. I didn't get a warranty on the car. 5 days after I took it home the check engine light came on. It ended up being a very minor wiring issue. But I am VERY IMPRESSED by the TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE I received!!! They not only fixed the car,even though it was purchased "as is" with no warranty. They also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced!! I didn't have to gripe or complain. All I did was call to see if they knew of any previous issues & they jumped in gear & took great care of me!!!!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND You go see Elliot Stallings, Paul Valentine, Byron Jackson or any of the guys at Quality Cars!!!!!! You won't regret it! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE A RETURN CUSTOMER!!!!! Five stars for customer service!!!! Five stars for inventory also!!
I shop for everything on the internet, so of course I would find my dream SUV there. When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Johnson (AJ) personally met me at the door with the test drive. That was all it took.Next thing I know, despite my doubt because of my low credit rating Allen Samuel's preformed magic and I am now driving the fully loaded and more JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO!!!!After I left the lot with my NEW JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO!!!! and returned the next day to "seal the deal" I found out I broke a lot of hearts and angered many possible future customers because they also were SHOPPING on-line like I DID, arrived like I did, the only difference is…..THEY HESITATED and MISSED THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN!!!!atALLEN SAMUELS!! and working with“CAT IN THE HAT - AJ JOHNSON!!!!"THANK YOU FOR FUN AND EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCE!!!!
Bill and Jeremy at L & D are great. When I took my Xterra to Bill he was able to tell what was wrong without having to go through hours of costly diagnostics like most shops would. They are car enthusiasts and knowledgable to the point that chances are they will already be aware of any known issues with your cars make and model, be able to look at it on the spot and repair it accordingly. Another big plus is that if they have your vehicle you can bet they are working on it and they get it ready promptly. Another shop in town had kept my Xterra, not called to keep me updated, wasted weeks of my time and tried to convince me to waste money I didnt have, including nearly $500 on an alternator that I didnt need. So save yourself time and money and get over to L & D and let Bill and Jeremy have a look. You wont regret it.
Best shop in the Greater Waco area as far as I'm concerned. Their prices are hard to beat, and the work is rock-solid. I've been to L&D four or five times now, and they've gotten it right the first time every time. Perhaps, for me, the most important aspect of any auto repair shop is whether or not I can trust the people there. I trust these people. They talk to me about any issue in-depth and always have the old parts for my inspection after. They also give me choices and alternatives, some of which don't make them as much money as others. They give me the pros and cons of each alternative and then let me decide. If they find another problem while working on something else, they'll call first. Once they even texted photos of a bad part to me at work! I'd trust these guys with my wallet.Great place!
Oh my gosh! The service department at this dealership is AWESOME! Long story short, these people really care about their customers and took excellent care of my Genesis R-Spec. From the oil change and inspection to the repairs done quickly and perfectly. You don't even have to have a Hyundai, they will service ANY vehicle quickly and professionally. They WANT your business and want you to come back. HUGE KUDOS to Shandie for being so responsive, friendly and professional, answering all my questions and Brian Kerley who did a great job inspecting my car (his inspection saved me from having a potential hazardous situation) and making sure the repairs were done and done very well. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so much for everything.
We recently purchased our 4th new Mazda from University Mazda. Ten years ago, when we purchased our first vehicle, Chris Wayne was the sales manager. Chris also sold us our second car. We were so pleased with him and University Mazda that our third vehicle was purchased sight unseen over the phone! Chris has now moved up to General Manager, so we dealt with Sonny this time. He is just as great as Chris! When we first started dealing with University Mazda, we lived in the Seattle area. We now live near Spokane, but driving the 5 hours to University Mazda is worth it. We cannot recommend this dealership enough, It's G.M. and sales people are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and low pressure.
Excellent experience and friendly. Professional and overall everything I expected. If I had any complaints, it would be the length that it took to get the deal done. I use to be a car salesman and I understand all of the ins and outs of the car business, however it takes extremely too long to get a deal done and I know it could be shorter. Gerald was awesome, not just because he is my relative but because it is the TRUTH. He was very professional, honest and open. He made she I knew why it was taking so long and explained everything to me. I did a lot of research online before finding a low mile 2013 Honda Pilot LX with this dealer. Gary Chairez was the salesperson that we dealt with and we were very happy with our buying experience. We were able to reach an agreement on the price of the vehicle over the phone before traveling south to test drive. Ended up loving the Pilot and drove home with it a few hours later. Gary was very friendly and not pushy in any way. He was a pleasure to work with. Their finance director Winnie Lam was also very friendly and we got through the necessary paperwork quickly. Over all a great buying experience and would definitely work with them again in the future.
