Xtreme Roofing
We called for a quote on some dry rot repair and a new roof, and they said they would call us to schedule a time. After a week or so, we called repeatedly to no avail. Then we finally discovered that they had come to the house while we weren't home and had already written a quote for us. It took another couple weeks for us to see the quote. And another month to get ahold of someone to schedule to repair it because Victor is NEVER in his office. We set an appointment and they marked the wrong day on their calendar, so I waited for them a few hours and after about 6 phone calls, got ahold of someone to reschedule. They said it would be a three day job, but on day 2, they didn't even show up until the afternoon, pushing back the progress. Today is now day 4, and we have not been able to get ahold of them. We hired them specifically because we were told they do good work for a low cost - which seems to be true. Unfortunately, it was a MUCH lengthier process than necessary.

Xtreme Roofing
Xtreme roofing have done an excellent job on our roof. The crew is professional, work with confidence, and are really friendly and a nice bunch of guys. They are a family owned and operated company and local which were two factors that help us decide who to go with. Victor came to our home gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions, his father and brothers are here on site and look over the whole job. I would recommend Xtreme Roofing 100% for the quality of work, price and professionalism. Thank you to the whole Xtreme family!Carol Reeser

A To Z Professional Roofing
Excellent experience! My new roof looks great and was completed on time. My roof had quite a bit of roofing boards and fascia boards which needed to be replaced, everything was done correctly. Mateo was very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and exceptional service.

Larry D Rascon Custom Roofing INC
My property was on its third layer of roofing. I had two other roofers come out, but Larry was the only one that really took the time to explain the details of his recommendations and why.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
