Jim Parsley Sr. - State Farm Insurance Agent
These guys will bend over backwards to help you! Accident claims, repairs, peace of cake. When I had to replace my demolished 2005 Buick La Crosse, I had a great rental car, had my check quickly and was able to replace the car with an exact duplicate for the same price. I have 2 vehicles and Renters Insurance with Jimmy and a great combined discounted price. They are fabulous and a joy to work with at a time when you really need help and understanding. Jim and his staff are easy to talk to and accommodating! My other family members also have State Farm.

Glenn Black Insurance Services Inc
I Had a sit down with Glenn about Medicare. He explained all facets of the rules and qualifications. He explained about PartA, B, C,D. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely feel more comfortable about the application process He even went online to register me for my Medicare ID. Please be aware that he obviously doesn't do this for free. $85 for about 1.5 hours of his time. Money well spent!!

Oxnard Insurance
I shopped around for two weeks trying to find an insurance that would fit my families needs at a reasonable price without result. As I was about to give in and settle for a highly marketed brand, a friend recommended Oxnard Insurance. Oxnard Insurance offered me the best price for the coverage I was looking for and by far the best agent I have dealt with. I highly recommend this agency.

  • Giving false information to an insurer
  • Failure to meet fire or security codes or other recommendations
  • Failure to meet established safety guidelines, like removing pools or trampolines
  • Filing too many claims
  • Failure to repair home damage that protects from needing to filing claims
  • Increase in criminal activity within your neighborhood area
No, homeowners insurance is a nondeductible expense. The only case in which it’s not is if part of the home is used home for business, then the square footage used for that purposes could be deductible.
Without homeowners insurance, you may be fully responsible for the costs of repairing damages to a home and for replacing belongings that get damaged or stolen. Also when applying for a home loan, most banks require that borrowers have home insurance. Banks treat these loans as investments and home insurance acts as a protection of these investments.
Earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, and other natural disasters are not typically covered by home insurance--there are separate insurance coverages for them that can be purchased.
It does not cover anything dealing with vehicles or items within vehicles. Protection from natural disasters is also rarely covered automatically.
