I took a wedding dress here to be dry cleaned for my big day. The man told me he would call me the next day with a quote on how much it would be...well a week went by without hearing from him...I called, he said they were really busy and he hadn't even looked at it yet...I had a while till my wedding so I decided to wait it out...another 2-weeks went by, I called AGAIN..gave me a price of $245, and said they still didn't have a finish date for me...well I waited some more! After them having the dress for 2 months and never receiving a call from them, I went in and retrieved my dress and advised I was taking it elsewhere! The man at the counter had the audacity to tell me it wasn't their fault bc there was a note that had been attached to the garment bag saying I would call when I wanted it to be done!! What the?!? Don't even bother with this place! Getting it cleaned for $80 at a new place and it will be done by Tuesday!

I recently moved to Virginia Beach and found myself needing some items pressed, as they were wrinkled during the move. I was greeted warmly by the staff and received my items in a timely fashion. However one of my items was burnt or discolored. I am currently in the process of being reimbursed for the damaged item. I doubt I get anywhere near what I paid for the Polo button down.

This place is horrible. I took my uniforms there and had to send them back because I already paid for them and they did nothing that I asked for. i came back to pick them up yesterday and the shirts had a bunch of nasty white stuff on them, wrinkes stiil everywhere. I asked the lady working there what is this. She replied that it was the startch. I spent 21 years as a Marine and startch never did this to a uniform. They had me bent over a barrel because I had no more uniforms and needed these for work on Monday, so I had to accept them. Lady there was indifferent, could care less. I go home and had to re-do the shirts. Pretty sure they are ruined. I called the complaint number and left a message for some dude named Tony. He never returned my call. Total garbage, but never again. I would not give this buisness any star rating, but you have to give them something.

Just a moment...
