Absolutely terrible. This company installed my system in the fall of 2013. Have had multiple calls back to them for issues since that time for a new unit. Most recently, experienced a leak through my ceiling that began over Labor Day of 2017. First came out for the issue 9/7/2017 after multiple texts due to no communication. 5 repeat visits out and multiple versions of what they "think" and still leaking and water in overflow pan, which I have had to scoop out each day from the attic. Multiple days of waiting hours due to no show and no communication at all. Days and days of no show at the scheduled times and NO communication. It is now September 19, 2017 and after no show and no communication Saturday 9/17 and yesterday 9/18, issue unresolved, and they will not do any garage roof repairs. Clearly Scott does not care about his customers after install and getting his money up front. If I could give them a rating of "0" I would. Do NOT go with this company! Just found out that there are parts to this unit that were not installed up front and a poor installation job.

Edwarde Mechanical Heating & Cooling
I called Al from the Yellow Pages listings on Sunday. My AC unit had died on Saturday night. I liked the reviews that he had. He came out and had to change a fan motor. He is one of the nicest guys that I have ever met. A true professional in every way and very, very reasonable price for the repair. He has my business from now on! Chuck G

Americas Best Heating and Cooling
Chris & Reginald are true professionals. They replaced our AC unit and Air Handler. They performed an exceptional job and my wife and I are very pleased with their work. The customer service received was great! They provided answers to all questions/concerns my wife and I had. They cleaned up after themselves, had the old equipment removed and ensured all lines ran were dressed/tied neatly, vice just left laying around. If you have a job that needs to be done professionally and correctly...They are the ones to call for sure. Great job guys! Reginald &a Renee Stamps

A-1 American
On a Sunday my only toilet was leaking and Chris M came out (on time) to fix it. He had to purchase a part at a hardware store. He told me the charge to repair which was reasonable. He was professional and caring about my problem. He knew his business and was very very nice to do this on a Sunday Morning! Thank you A-1 Americal and thank you Chris. It is working fine now!

Americas Best Heating and Cooling
My ac went out during an awful heat wave in vb and Americas best came out that day! Turned out I needed a whole new unit and they installed it the very next day. they stayed until it was all done (11pm) and were so helpful and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. I am beyond satisfied with the service and excellent customer service! Chris was great he is very professional. Every time I called him (@least 10 times) he answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied. Excellent communication from them! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Americas Best Heating and Cooling
Chris Probst was very polite and quick. I called 5 different HVAC companies before I got a hold of Americas Best and none of them could offer me an appointment within 4 days! Chris showed up and fixed the problem within 2-3 hours of my initial phone call to them! The parts were a pretty penny, but I don't have any reason to believe the price I paid wasn't standard across the board. especially since they waive the diagnostic fee when you get them to perform the service. Chris also gave me advice of Pest control and future HVAC services. I will be calling again for their business.

We Care Heating & Air Conditioning
Our AC went out and we had 4 kids in the house. It was 90 degrees in my house and the same outside so we were miserable. Ashby come out that afternoon with only a few hours notice and got the AC up and running. He was extremely professional and really worked with us. I definitely would recommend him over any major company.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
