Jeremys Auto Service
Jeremy is an absolute "breath of fresh air" when it comes to automotive repair. His integrity is unparalleled in my experience with auto repair facilities. I took my 2006 Kia Sedona to the Kia Dealership in Douglasville when the A/c stopped working. They charged me $120 to tell me that the condenser had a hole in it and it would be $1100 to fix it. A friend recommended I take it to Jeremy and guess what - no hole in the condenser. He pulled a vacuum on the system and it wouldn't leak. As it turns out, a little fitting on the compressor had dumped the charge from my system, he fixed it and had me back in cool air for $100! This guy is top notch!

ONEMANMECHANIC
This guy is good and cheap for simple repairs like brakes or an oil change, but I wouldn't recommend him for more complicated diagnostics. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks, charged me over $300 in labor and it was not fixed. When I tried to contact him to tell him the problem was not solved (or even improved) he was suddenly impossible to get a hold of. Kind of sketchy if you ask me.

Good, honest people! Charged me 1/2 the price that a big chain place quoted me.
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
