So I attempted to go to your Villa Park Store #08045 last night 10/22/16 as I just needed 3 items before they closed. I got there at 9:54 PM but found the doors locked & they were closed. The sign on door said 10 PM & a associate just looked at me but then walked away. I even double checked Google on my phone & it said closing soon so I knew my time wasn't wrong. I wonder what time they actually locked the doors? I have been in retail for many years & I know for a fact if my DM ever heard that I locked the doors even 1 minute early without his approval he would of had my Job. Plus I would & could never do that to my loyal customers. If we closed at 12 am then I'm leaving doors open till then. I know it's probably petty me doing this but like I said I only needed 3 items & was in a pinch, but instead I was inconvenienced when I had to go back home instead. I don't want the employees written up or anything but I think they should be made aware that this is not good customer service to practice this. I could even understand if there was a sign saying emergency & we needed to close or etc. Thanks for taking the time to read this Ron.

Very slow and rude Customer service experience and store manager is very unprofessional avoid this store if possible long long waiting lines

I have shopped at the Villa Park Forman Mills . They are very slow cashiers always but today was ridicules, 1/2 off sale. I could not find a cart and there were 2 lines formed all the way to the back of the store. I found some great things but after 2 hours in line ( still lined up to the woman's department I put my purchase down and left. so disappointed, what good is having great deals if you can't even purchase them. The store needs more cashiers and they need to be trained better. I have never wrote a review before. I just feel the owners should be made aware the they lose business when you cannot check out in a timely fashion. People were just leaving without purchasing anything! Such a shame. I don't think I will ever use the store again. To slow at the registers ALWAYS, not just when having a sale.

Took in a number of items, 8 of which were brand new. All items met the criteria on the website. After being processed, was told that none if the items had a high enough resale value . They never even offered $1.00. A huge waste of time, effort a d gas!Found it is better to donate the items to a resale shop and tax the deduction on your taxes.
