All Brands Tires and Service
I had an emergency with a flat tire and I had a funeral to go to. Luis and Juan told me to come right in and they would help me. I asked if it could be repaired, and if so, would I be safe. They could have taken me as a vulnerable woman and taken advantage of me (which so many places try to do) and sold me a brand new tire, which being the holiday season would have been hard for me. But instead, they were honest and repaired my tire and assured me I would be safe. I found their customer service to be impeccable, their waiting room to be clean, they were friendly and accommodating....and I was in and out of there in a very timely fashion. We have 3 cars, and from now on, they will have all of our business. Not only that, my business name is "The Cackling Hens" and you can guess what that means.....everyone I know, I will now refer them to Luis at the "All Brands Tires". Plus, I asked for a referral for a car detail service. And I will be calling him soon because I will know that if they referred him, he must be good! I love win-win situations....Happy Holidays, Kari Moten

All Brands Tires and Service
We were on a long road trip and realized we had pushed our luck on our bald tires. We stayed over at Victorville a day to see if we could be lucky enough to find the very special size tires we needed. And luck out we did!! We dropped into All Brands and Randy there called his supplier and arranged a special delivery later in the day. He gave us a great deal (we would have paid over twice as much in Canada), and his service was superb. I highly recommend this business.

5 Star Auto Repair Center
Absolutely the best auto repair facility in the high dessert! I've tried several places in the area and they could not fix my car. I brought it to 5 Star within minutes they found the problem. They explained it to me and I had my car fixed by the afternoon. They are a family business with Father and his 2 Soms running it. They have been in the business for 40 years and I would never trust my car at another facility!

I read the previous review but my experience was quite the opposite. I have a classic import car missing one hubcap-I thought I'd never get one! I called these guys and the owner himself got one to me in mint condition in less than 10 days! I had been online trying to network one from europe (where my cars is from) but they were as hard to get there as here. Thankyou Mark!!

5 Star Auto Repair Center
From the first point of contact over the phone I was treated with respect my questions were answered. When I took my car in to shop everyone was nice, helpful and professional. I called a few places for quotes and this place was very reasonably priced for my water pump. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Corona Automotive Repair
They always do good work with reasonable prices, but more importantly, (to me) the owner Fernando explains in great detail, the "why" of the problem. I've moved a 100 miles away, but if I need work done, I will still take my truck to his shop.

Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
