I recently discharged from a chapter 7 bankruptcy ando needed a new form of transportation. I went on line and searched vehicles to me my needs. The next day I was contacted by Sergio one of the top salesman at Grenier Buick GMC. Man words can't describe the Service I received. I was able to purchase a vehicle alol in one phone conversation with Sergio and I didn't have to leave home. Sergio is definitely the straight forward giving no run around to his customers. Honestly I know there is a God and the best way to describe Sergio is that he's definitely heaven sent. I've purchased many cars in the past but I must say no one has made me feel this comfortable on making my purchase Lukve Sergio has. I can go on and on how I feel right now. Triple AAA plus to you Sergio and thank you so much you've given me the confidence to reassurance me that even after bankruptcy Life is going to be o.k. I won't go into details of how Great Sergio is. I rather you look him up and let his work for you be the proof in the pudding. Thank you a million times Sergio. I sure I'm going to lover my 2013 Buick Lacrosse, 0 money down, oops I told it anyway. Lol. But seriously Thanks Sergio and thanks Grenier Buick for having the best salesman ever.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado 1500 from Rancho Motor Company and our experience was fantastic. The dealership's GSM, Jason, helped us when we walked in to the dealership. Jason asked us what we were looking for then walked us out and introduced us to our salesman, Daniel Crowley. Daniel went above and beyond in helping us find the truck we were looking for. He asked us which options we wanted, which ones were must-haves and which ones we could live without. He was very knowledgeable about the Silverado. Before the test drive, he went over some of the finer points and details.After our test drive Daniel and Jason guided us through the financing options and the part of the sale that is typically the least-enjoyable was made very easy. We got exactly the deal we were hoping for and the perfect truck. Daniel's attentiveness really shows the care this dealership gives to its customers. I'm sure we will do business with Rancho Motor Company again in the future!

I went in to schedule an appointment because my 2013 Genesis turbo coupe had a squealing in the fan blower. Rebecca from Service came right outside to listen to it - then she scheduled me an appointment (in 2 days) for a road test and service. (The squealing got louder as the car was driven - sound would sometimes quit when car was idle.) So I go in for my appointment, and the technician (wish I had his name) jumped in with me for a road test. We went less than 60 seconds down the road and he said "Ok - you're right - it is the fan blower. Turn it around and lets go back to the shop." I was told it would be 3-4 days for the part and that they would call me when it came in. The ONLY reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review is that I never received a call when the part came in. I waited 10 days or so, then I went back to the service department to check on the status - sure enough, the part was in.

My service rep, Joann is the reason I continue to go to Rancho for service. She takes away any fear I have of being "ripped off" as they say, by dealerships. I am a type A personality and need details. She answers all my questions without making me feel talked down to. As a woman that is a big plus! Her being the front man gives me the confidence to trust the service men as well. First impressions are very important and Im hear to tell you that anyone Joann has taken care of is CERTAIN to return. I have never had to return for improper maintenanmce or service on my vehicle. Ranch Motors Is a dealership that offers outstanding service with freindly and kind representives. Thanks for taking the sting out of vehicle repairs!

I have had several oil changes on my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. I recently traded My Tahoe in for a 2015 Traverse. I just had my first service on my Traverse and it went well, except for the new policy of NOT providing an exterior wash after your service. It was explained to me that the State of California doesn't allow Rancho Motors to wash vehicles anymore due to the drought. Perhaps Rancho Motors should invest in a water recycling program or provide their customers with a complimentary wash at a local car wash.

Absolutely the best auto repair facility in the high dessert! I've tried several places in the area and they could not fix my car. I brought it to 5 Star within minutes they found the problem. They explained it to me and I had my car fixed by the afternoon. They are a family business with Father and his 2 Soms running it. They have been in the business for 40 years and I would never trust my car at another facility!

The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
