As an out-of-state property owner, we worked with Lynn to rent our property. She was prompt, professional, and timely in all respects. When the renter did not pay on time, she worked diligently with us to resolve the issue in a timely manner. She was always prompt to keep us informed of any maintenance issues, even going so far as to recommend a source for quality repairs at a discount. We truly could not have rented our property without her.When the time came to sell the property, we worked with Steve, and found him to be the best in town. He quickly found a buyer for our property, and when that buyer had trouble securing a loan, he found another buyer within 24 hours. There was another bank-related issue (due to no fault of Steve's), and when that happened, he promptly responded and resolved the issue.We have found Suncoast Realty and Rental Management to be the best in Vero Beach, and recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent, or sell in the Treasure Coast. While we could have rented and sold our property ourselves, having a professional on our side in all stages of the process made a significant difference. We highly recommend the team at Suncoast Realty and Rental Management.

In summary, I am on the fence about Suncoast. They did find a tenant for me, but it took a while and cost me $1050 to wait the extra month for them to move in. For property management, the extent to which they keep the landlord in the decision making, or leave things up to the landlord to take care of, leaves a person wondering why they’re paying for property management. If you need a head hunter, or eyes/ears/hands “on the ground” in a pinch (you’re an out-of-state property owner), Suncoast might fit the bill . . . but don’t expect it to be “hands off” by any means. Overall, communication has been less-than-ideal, also (infrequent status updates; communicate when there’s a “problem you need to fix”; always want to talk on the phone versus email; doesn’t adequately read/respond to email; multiple requests/inquiries needed to get answers; etc.). If you deal with Suncoast, I think your experience will depend upon the person with whom you deal or are assigned. Yvonne/Laura = great.

We just bought a house and found out it needed a lot more work than we expected...like a whole new roof! Some neighbors used this company and raved about the service! The owner Raul, came out in a timely manner and gave us a competitive bid. He explained the whole process tile vs metal and what the job entailed. His employees were courteous and constantly cleaning during the re roofing process. The roof came out perfect and right on schedule! I would recommend Dependable Roofing to everyone. Whether to fix a leak or get a whole new roof, they truly are a pleasure to work with and as their name states.........very dependable!

Hello All, Steve here, owner of Suncoast Realty and Rental Management, LLC. Regarding Angelique's review, she has never lived in the property. Fact is, the owner hired us to rent a property that needed repairs. When the owner wanted to rent to Angelique at a lower rate and to do the repairs herself, Lynn, my associate advised against it. The owner agreed but unfortunately Angelique became upset. Turns out, her credit and past landlord verification's came back unfavorable. She was denied for anything we could rent. We will not rent a property in disrepair. Lynn has become and remains one of our top associates.

I cant begin to thank Steve, Tammy, and Yvonne enough for all they have done for my rental property. Steve was just out to check on the house (it's a Saturday). He has been to the house 3 times this week to check on specifics for me, I am an out of town owner. They take care of the Yard Care, Pool Care, and Maintenance. They always get more than one estimate, and call me before anything is done. They have been life savers to say the least! The 1 star review is obviously from a disgruntled renter. Thank you all again!!!!!!

Not a bankrupcy. I've lived in Florida since 1973 and used an attorney on four different occasions. Three experiences were very unsatisfactory. My 4th experience was with Mr. Clark and I was very pleased. In addition to bankrupcies, he prepares wills and trusts, probates estates, and does real estate work. He is a member of Mensa by the way. Peter Marini is First Class! Extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth and friendly. I definitely recommend him if you are in need of a realtor. Unfortunately, I am unable to say the same for the office manager. She is unprofessional, snarky and has a bad attitude.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
