Farrow Construction
Disorganized and inconsiderate crew. Brought in dirt with every (many) trips through the condo, took out a window before realizing forgot the ladder, left that window open for over an hour in 90 degree heat while worked on another window. Project of installing 3 hurricane windows and 1 pair of accordions was supposed to take one day. It took 2 and apparently they didn't get the correct parts for the accordions. I can't believe I have to endure them again! What a mess!

Dependable Roofing Systems Inc
We just bought a house and found out it needed a lot more work than we a whole new roof! Some neighbors used this company and raved about the service! The owner Raul, came out in a timely manner and gave us a competitive bid. He explained the whole process tile vs metal and what the job entailed. His employees were courteous and constantly cleaning during the re roofing process. The roof came out perfect and right on schedule! I would recommend Dependable Roofing to everyone. Whether to fix a leak or get a whole new roof, they truly are a pleasure to work with and as their name states.........very dependable!

Tips & Advices
Commercial cleaning companies are not required to carry liability insurance, but it offers valuable protection for both business owners and their clients. Liability insurance covers property damage, bodily injury, and advertising lawsuits, and it also assists with costs related to broken furniture and equipment. When evaluating commercial cleaning companies, choose one that provides liability coverage for your own protection and peace of mind.
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
