I would give them a 5 star, but they do not have a playground. My family and I moved into Nobl Park over 6 years ago. I will say it was a bit rundown at that time. Since then new managers have come along and cleaned up the riff raf that was going on and has also updated the windows and turned the fireplaces into gas , I love that, saved so much money on my heating bill. The maintenance in the past year has been super responsive and seems to know their business, The ladies in the office are always smiling when I walk in, The last place we lived we had a grouchy manager, so this is important to me. We love Nobl Park..
A sanctuary in a sea of Apartments......We were looking for an apartment where the basics are covered. Space inside and out, top rated maintenance, the best amenities, professional and knowledgeable staff, a place for Fido or children that is safe and functional, and where we would be secure. The rates for all of this are competitive as are the fees. We found our sanctuary at Park Crest Commons in Cascade Park, Vancouver. If you want that, look no further, go to Park Crest Commons. We bought a home so we had to leave, or we would still be there now, and for many years to come.
I've been living in these apartments for about 5 years an my experience has been wonderful!!! Lisa is an EXCELLENT manager, the best manager I've ever met. She is always very friendly and professional, she is always ready to help to make everything you need easy. Keeps the apartment complex clean, tidy and get perfect control of all details for the comfort and security of her tenants. The maintenance team are wonderful as well, they response immediately as you make a request. The apartment is beautiful, with an excellent location (close to I5, I205, 500, Vancouver Mall), good distribution, and Lisa always take care of the apartments and they look pretty good.Definitely it's an excellent place to live. I recommended it highly!Nohemi R
Wow where to begin. This place looks nice and seems wonderful but don't let the nice staff lead you astray. My wife and I moved into the Apartment and everything was decent. There was damage to the apartment that we noted and the smoke detector and the laundry room fan were detached. Then when the night came the people above us were so loud it was almost impossible to think. We told the office and they told us to call it in. We did and nothing really happened. Then when we went to move out it got worse, the office was helpful, but they suckered us into a 6 month lease when I knew we should have taken a 5 month lease. The kicker though was when we went to get our security deposit back. They racked up an imaginary bill of $300 on top of the $300 we gave them. We told them to look at the paperwork and sure enough we marked down a lot of the stuff. Then they started getting real picking a spot on the dishwasher, didn't take the toilet paper rolls with us, some lent on the ground and the best for last, the front door doormat was dirty (it was outside because that is where it should be). They reduced the charges down to $187, but still that is sad if they need to resort to small things to get $187 from people on top of the $300 deposit. Ridiculous !!! save your money and find a better place because this place is crazy.
If at all possible, do NOT rent here. I am currently packing after receiving a 20 day notice. The manager, Lisa, is heartless and could not care about any personal concerns you may have. When you have a month-to-month, the management can give a 20 day notice without cause. Just because they want to. I had a huge sewage backup from the other apartments because I'm on the corner. Sewage in my home, from my neighbors! Did the manager call in hazmat to clean up? Was this done by city code? NO. They came in, sprinkled something on my carpets and put up fans. After sewage! If I do not get back all my deposits after putting up with that as well as a washer that smelled musty for two years, there will be a problem. A legal problem.
