We went to Mr. Formal for tuxedos for our wedding this summer and everything went great! The staff is very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was perfect! They even got in a replacement jacket the day before the wedding for my dad because he lost weight after he was measured! Mr. Formal has a great selection and reasonable prices. Only one complaint - the store itself could use an update...and much less teal color :)

I have been to several Charlotte Russe's in my time; never have I been as pleased with any sort of retail service. The DM was in the store and the manager was busy pleasing the DM. The one sales associate that was there was so helpful!! She picked out an entire outfit for me after I rejected the first several. Even as the store got busy, the sales associate made sure to check in with me. Not only was it not annoying, it was helpful! I was very pleased.

Si Jolie is current with Made in USA womens fashion trends, better prices than Nordstrom (and without the drive). All of the items I have purchased here are boutique clothing quality and I get compliments all the time on my wardrobe. It's like having a personal stylist for free when you shop at Si Jolie. The ladies here are great!
22.Deja Vu Consignment Clothing

In a town like any town, in a strip mall like any other, there is a consignment shop called Deja Vu, which is a fairly common name for a consignment shop. My expectations were low, specifically, I anticipated slim-pickings. The sale racks on the sidewalk announced 50-75% off, which usually means polyester granny dresses and 80′s blazers. Happily, astoundingly, the rack was loaded with excellent quality, perfect-condition garments: Ami, Anne Klein, Anne Taylor, Banana Republic and many others. There were several adorable jackets that appeared to never have been worn and demanded admiration. The original prices were a little high for consignment but at 75% off, they were better than just right. Inside the shop, the sale continued with a rack devoted to Chico and Cabi. The displays at the front of the store held designer brands and a fantastic selection of handbags and accessories. Rounders through the middle separated clothing by size and type. There were the standard three “Tops” rounders labeled by Small, Medium and Large but also a rounder specially for blouses and one for shirts (such as Foxcroft). This set-up was a bit confusing at first, but this shop has so much inventory that the divisions are clearly necessary. Off to the right were racks of pants, skirts and jeans, a wall of dresses and a little selection whimsically labeled “Cute Things.” While shopping the racks, I resisted the urge to drag a mountain of stuff into the changing room and spend wads of cash (technically I wasn't supposed to be shopping due to a lack of bank). Resistance was difficult because virtually every garment in the store was so freaking CUTE that every rack could have been labeled “Cute Things.” Most jackets were priced in the twenties and most blouses in the teens. My sister shopped the sale rack and bought a silk Ann Taylor blouse and denim vest and spent less than $15. She has more self control than I do. A little Banana Republic suit ($34) with wide leg pants and a cropped jacket looked at me like a brown-eyed puppy in a pet shop window. Better to just resist completely. At the back of the shop was a small selection of plus-sized clothing, a clearance rack, shoes and a small jewelry case, all worth scouting. The plus-size racks were small but well selected and priced with some very nice jeans for about $15-20. Deja Vu was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. The little touches matter so much in a consignment store: beautiful dressing room curtains, organization and good lighting, adequate labeling and sturdy display racks. It is not difficult to make a consignment shop feel like a boutique and this one is beautifully done. This isn’t the place to shop if you are looking for a shop full of bargain basement prices but for mid to high end wardrobe pieces (including suits) Deja Vu is most certainly worth your time.

You will never find a better childrens boutique. Fancy Pants offers it all. I am always searching for that perfect baby shower gift. I like to buy something that you don't see everywhere something that they can keep forever and put in their baby box. Well this is the place, You will most definitely find that gift here. The owners are so sweet and energetic, if they don't have what your looking for they will find it for you. My experiences here have been great. The store is comfortable and the decor is trendy and romantic. Parking is no problem they are in a small strip mall setting just off 192nd in Vancouver/Camas. Remember when shopping this is a boutique so don't look for Target prices. Enjoy!!!

I am like most working moms out there! Always in a rush between taking kids to school, grocery shopping and working. When do you have time to fit in a cut and color? I usually call at the last minute and JCPenney's salon can usually fit me in!

David's bridal was going to charge me double the price and take a month to do my bridesmaid dress alterations. Express Alterations had friendlier staff and a much faster turnaround time, I will be bringing all my alterations to them from now on.

THIS CLEANING SERVICE DOES HAVE GOOD PRICES AND IF THAT IS THE ONLY CONSIDERATION THEN MAYBE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I FOR ONE CONSIDER THE WHOLE PICTURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD HERE. RATHER THAN WRITE A SHORT STORY ABOUT THE RUDENESS EXPERIENCED HERE, LET ME JUST WARN YOU THAT THE COUNTER CLERKS ARE SHORT TEMPERED AND CURT. IF THAT DOESN'T BOTHER YOU, THE PRICES, LIKE I SAID, ARE LOW AND WHAT I CONSIDER REASONABLE.

I have never had good customer service at this location, and last night was no exception. My husband and I were looking to buy several pieces of furniture for our baby's room. We asked if someone could help us. A guy appeared and immediately said, ""I'm not good at that"" before even asking us how he could help us. We asked a few questions, then asked a cashier if she could call another store to see if they had items in stock. She said, ""yeah, I need numbers"" and had us looking up the item numbers. We were treated with much eye rolling and huffing and puffing. In the meantime, another customer came by to be rung up, and I heard the cashier say, ""I'm actually one minute off the clock"". Didn't direct the customer elsewhere, didn't treat anyone with kindness or customer service. After we looked up the item numbers and gave the cashier a description, she walked over to the salesperson who ""helped"" us earlier and just stood there talking for about 5 minutes. She never called the other location. We left without the other store being called as we had requested, no one seemed the least bit interested in treating us with kindness, so we will spend our $600 elsewhere. Totally unimpressed. Sears needs to hire better, train better, and have more management intervention.

It is nearly impossible to feel appreciated in this store. The associates have severe lack of training in bra fitting but especially in CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's not existent, except to close friends or family. All Victoria Secret's seem to employee young, never over-weight, unintelligent and/or untrained girls to run their sales floor especially on very busy weekend shifts. They lack training in customer service, and routinely I have been passed over for a much younger, more preppy customer in the store. I guess mom's with two children don't have high priority over your friends. And if you manage to grab the attention of a sales clerk who doesn't immediately judge you as an alternate life-form unworthy of recognition, you can be sure that you'll be treated with even less respect as she pushes matching sets on you, forgets you in the dressing room so she can talk with her co-workers or friends who stop by. The local stores are poorly set up. At the store in the local mall, there are three tall displays that split up the front desk. Trying to check out is more than aggrevating as there is no clear definitive manner for supporting a line of customers. And to make it even more irritating is that there appears to be no consistant rule among the store employees about helping customers in order, meaning that one store employee will take the rightful next in line but the store employee next to that one will take whoever walks up without saying anything!
