Priscilla Nail Salon
I have been going to Priscilla's nails for over a decade and it is without a doubt the best nail salon I have ever given my business to. Recently I heard of the issue surrounding a former employee named Sonny who was harassing female clients and the owners did everything in their power to rectify the situation. The employee has been fired and the owners are trying to make amends to those customers affected by his behavior, they are truly mortified and knew nothing of Sonny's indiscretions. Please do not let this bad seed spread rumors about this wonderful business and wonderful staff that Priscilla's employs. The owners are salt of the earth good people and are running a fantastic establishment which can be counted on to be professional and courteous to all patrons. I absolutely trust the owners and staff and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I can't give them enough praise and they earn my business every time I go there with their promptness and kindness. I will be going to them for years to come and I hope everyone else understands how valuable their business is to them and that they welcome new and old patrons to come experience their first rate service.

Right Turn Construction Inc
Giving one star put of five is a long stretch. Their work is shoddy at best. They brought out a stack of lumber then days later showed up and swapped it out with obviously left over scraps from another job. Horrible mistakes were made and little of it was resolved. They drug the small project out for weeks and demanded instant payment tacking on more to the bill. They say they don't except payment unroll you are satisfied but they demand immediate payment or the charge 18% interest. They had the nerve to shout and threaten my 83 year old mother. I am reporting them th the Better Business Bureau. Their work was reviewed by three other professionals that are also going to report them. CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!

Nail Envy Salon & Spa
I've been getting solar nails done for the last 10 years, and the guy I went to changed careers. So I've been on the hunt for a new nail person for the last two years. I'm very picky. I'm always hard on my hands since I am a hairstylist, I'm always in water and getting color everywhere, so I know when I get a quality nail service. JESSI does a wonderful job on fills and back fills. She's very particular and listens to what I need. She takes her time and is very detailed. She definitely knows what she's doing. I would recommend her to any of my friends. Also the salon is very well taken care of and has a nice atmosphere.

Oasis Nails
I've been going to Oasis Nails for over five years. Tony, Kim, Le, and the others have taken extraordinary care of me every time. When someone comes in who is in a special-need situation, they are so kind; you'd think the client was a member of their own family. As for the nail work, I have NEVER had a lift or an infection, nail fungus, or any other other problem that wasn't entirely my own fault. (A manicurist-friend from 20 years ago kept telling me, "Sonya, they're Jewels, not tools!" since I tend to be hard on my nails.) These are truly good people, and great nail professionals!

I found Nail Envy by accident and have now been going there for many years. Joanna and the whole staff make your experience at Nail Envy enjoyable. They go above and beyond to provide you with the best service possible. I always get so many compliments on my nails and people wanting to know where I get them done. I am proud to tell them exactly where and even give them directions with the phone number.

Natural Nails
I had a very good experience at Natural Nails. I had acrylic nails done. She even did Halloween nail art for free.Other nail salons I left with tons of pain from the application and fills. Not here. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I got nicked by cuticle scissors once. I will be going back for fills and nail art. Very friendly and clean.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.

Just a moment...
