Quality: Average. Friendliness: Above Average. Timeliness: Below Average. I took my 2015 F350 Platinum for it's first oil change. Front desk guy is very friendly. They gave me a first time discount - with was great. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation at "Quick Lane". Not so quick. But since it was "Ford Dealer" quality, I settled for the slowness. In a hurry, I jumped in the truck and went home - without checking it over. Got home & found oil footprints on the floor mats (despite their paper protector), oily handprints all over the drivers door, all over the grill. Obviously not wearing gloves & being careful. Then, I wondered what the service was like... So I popped the hood, checked the oil. It was still black. I've changed oil on my 2003 F350 7.3L myself for 5 years until I bought a new truck. It's always dark brown - not black - after the change. Under the truck, it looked like an oil filter bomb went off. There was oil everywhere. Won't be back.

Hoesly's was fantastic to work with--we explained that we were moving to CO and needed to see if our vehicles would make such a long drive. We had serious doubts about one and weren't sure about the other. They stopped the diagnostic on our first vehicle after they discovered that it was NOT good for such a long trip. They were thorough in their explanations and we really appreciated them stopping so they didn't need to charge the entire diagnostic fee--it was very thoughtful. On our second vehicle they again were mindful that we were on a budget (what with moving and such) and pointed out the items that they would recommend most immediately and what they would just keep in mind for later--once the dust had settled from our move. They were very professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. They even reminded us of their repair warranty and that even in CO, if we had a problem with anything they fixed--to call them and they'd still guarantee it. Amazing!

I was very pleased with my whole experience. Dave Sanford was my salesman. He actually sent me a video message before I arrived. First time that has happened and it was very nice to get a personal message like that. Truck was ready when I got there and we hit the road within minutes. The purchase process was very fast and easy. None of this back and forth with another salesman or manager. It was here's what your trade is, here's the interest rate, and payment. Easy. The whole process was maybe an hour and half. The signing of papers was also easy. No trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. Brian also was very informative and knowledgeable. If I need another car or if I know anyone who needs one. I don't know if we're talking about the same people running this place. My experience was very good. I paid just a couple hundred above Kelly Blue Book price, but the condition of the car was excellent. It's a 2000 VW Passat wagon, and it's been performing like a champ! These cars can be very troublesome (I know, I owned one and I've done my research) and I think there are quite a few lemons out there. But the guys at Aria seem to know good cars from lemons. I looked at a few different cars on their lot that were very clean and reasonably priced. I didn't see any junk, and I didn't have to put up with unbearable sales people. I will recommend this place to my friends.

I found a car online that I've been wanting for a long time at Aria Auto Sales. They were very helpful and friendly when I called. Not pushy, but reasonable and genuine. I'm living in CA, so I had to fly out to Vancouver, WA to pick the car up. They held my deposit and didn't sell the car before I got there or raise the price (although it was in very high demand). They also got an oil change and made sure the car was ready for me to drive back to CA. The dealer even texted me later that evening to make sure I made it back OK. I purchased the car at a very good price. They are very reasonable to negotiate with. I'd definitely recommend Aria Auto Sales. Thank you guys!

Bought our Passat here, and have had maintenance and repairs done by them throughout the years. Russ (our salesman) no longer works there, and our last sales experience ended up with no sale (I will spare the details). Over the years their service team has gone downhill, the last 2 times my wife has brought in the car she has been overcharged for what should have been just an oil change. She ended up paying close to a grand for a faulty sensor and thermostat, which would have cost me a few hundred from a VW specialty repair shop. They have also under filled the oil twice, which I checked immediately afterwards. Needless to say, we are done with Hannah VW.

Salvage Bid- Online Auto Auctions
A few of my friends and I needed a car so we decided to check out Salvage Bid. I was hesitant to the whole idea of buying a salvage car online as I have never been to an auction and hence had no idea regarding how the whole process works. However all my concerns were allayed once I visited salvagebid.com. The reason being the simple and uncomplicated registration and other processes that Salvage Bid follows. What more the site contained detailed information regarding these steps which makes buying a salvage car a child’s play. Overall, I would say it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend buying from Salvage Bid.

I was stumped by a noise my car was making which I found difficult to describe. Mike in the Service Dept. had a tech come out and drive it with me. He identified the problem and Mike was kind enough to share that while it was a "noise" it didn't affect the operation of the vehicle and its repair was up to me. Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
