Go somewhere else. They refused to hold up their end of the deal. We were promised weather tech mats during the buying process from our salesman Rob and we never ended up getting them. And the manager "didn't have the money" to get them for us. Such BS.

WARNING: Do Not purchase a "after-market" home charger from Alan Webb Nissan OR ANY Nissan dealership in America. I purchased a 2015 Nissan LEAF, from Alan Webb in Vancouver, Washington. Along with it, separately I purchased this charger, a supposedly twice as fast then the trickle charger cord that comes with the cord for about $500. The private company cord, sold through Alan Webb never worked.Nissan American Headquarters never got back to me. I was to find out that Alan Webb in Vancouver, KNEW several cords before mine came back and did not work...and yet they kept selling them. There are lots of re-charging cords out there, but this one listed for 452. is useless and if Nissan America won't get back to me, that pretty much tells you what the corporate head thinks of the Public. You've been warned.

I was pleased with our experience on buying a new Chevy Cruze from Allan Webb Chevrolet. The service was very good, they let us test the vehicle and and they answered every question about the vehicle. I have a big commute to work everyday and it is a great commuter car. Mike and Jacob were good with the selling of the car and the always administration of the paperwork. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend people who are the market to buy a car, to look into Allan Webb Chevrolet.

We found a Chevy cruze diesel off the internet at Allan Webb. We went and looked at it and decided this is what we wanted, but was not the color we wanted. The dealership found another cruze in Sunnyside Wa. And had it brought over. Anthony the salesmen and everyone there took real great care of us and gave us a great deal! There were only 2 2014 cruze Diesel's left and they got us the one we wanted in a very short time period! Thanks

So far, so good with the purchase of my 1st electric vehicle. I see some of what has been complained about and I hope things get better...

I just recently purchased a used vehicle there and it was a great experience. I live about 5 and a half hours away so everything had to be negotiated before hand. Jamie Johnson and Mike Webb did an exceptional job handling my trade-in and purchase. By far one of the best car buying experiences I have had!

Even though I was ten minutes late to my appointment, they got me in and out as quickly as possible.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
