Jon J McMullen Law Office
If you want 'great' results in this lifetime, he is THE man to go to. Yes, it may come at an 'eternal cost' -- say your Eternal Soul -- but I ask you, what is your soul worth in THIS lifetime? So go ahead and live for today and forget what tomorrow may bring. He gets the job done at ANY cost (financial now and eternally, later). Seriously, this ain't no joke (2 TIM 4:18). So it depends on your focus and what you TRULY want, where your heart is. Think it over long and hard. Won't seek a 'win-win' situation but 'you-win-big, they-lose-big' at all costs. So read over the above verse first before making such an eternal choice. Literally, it IS forever. And b.t.w., there STILL IS time to repent and turn from evil -- even for Mr. H -- for God LOVES us ALL, no exceptions, and He is continually forgiving. But He won't forever, for NO evil shall be permitted in His soon returning Kingdom. Repent while there is still time. If I can forgive the man, certainly the Man upstairs can forgive him, too. God be with you all :)

Absolutely could not ask for a better lawyer. Jon not only gets the job done, but he is extremely passionate about what he does. This is a lawyer that's not all about money, he truly looks out for the best interest of his clients and his reputation as one of the best, if not THE BEST defense attorneys you can find. He's a straight shooter that tells you the truth instead of what you want to hear, and I think the rest of the legal system respects this very integrity giving him the upper hand with negotiations within. He remembered the littlest details I told him about my case months prior and used them to our advantage, his mind is like a steel trap! The only time he can't be reached is when he's giving another client the same undivided attention you would hope he gives you, and for such a busy man he gets back to you right away every time. I've went the cheap route before but know now that Jon is worth every penny every time, and can't imagine trusting another attorney with my cases like I trust Jon.

Spencer & Sundstrom PLLC
From the moment I hired Clayton, he has been & remains my steadfast advocate. Over the past five years, I have had 3 (2 family & 1 criminal) cases, in all 3 courts (District, Superior, & Appellate) requiring his counsel & representation.Clayton understands the sacred trust reposed in him, he earns & keeps that trust with every email, phone call, & face-to-face. Honest & forthwith, he explains the worst case scenario up front & delivers the best case scenario in the court room (if your case happens to go to trial).Clayton knows his way around the courtroom & commands attention through his legal expertise, experience, & his fluid communicative style. He has a PHENOMENAL courtroom presence! In fact, I would go to court (even when I was not required to be there) just to watch him in action! The outcome of ANY legal proceeding can have a serious impact on you for years to come. I highly recommend discussing your legal needs, issues, &/or questions w/ Clayton. Tell him Winde sent you!

W. Todd Pascoe, P
Todd Pascoe represents what is left of honest attorneys who maintain hard work ethics, morals, values, and personal integrity. You can find this person in Todd Pascoe and those attorneys he selects to work in The prosecutor is interested in creating statistics of conviction rates, Todd is interested in the accusations being charged. Todd Pascoe digs deep into the evidence, finds the truth, then wages war against the lies being told. Todd Pascoe guided us through these tough days, negotiated with the prosecutors and holds them accountable. His dedication to old fashioned values of truth, integrity, fairness, hard work, and honesty lead us from despair to managing the stresses and arriving at a reasonable outcome. Todd Pascoe is fully dedicated to his beliefs, his clients, and his family. We could and did trust Todd Pascoe with my freedom. We were not disappointed. The prosecutor was looking for a sentence range between 25 - 50 years, Todd Pascoe negotiated a range of 365 - 366 days.

Spencer & Sundstrom PLLC
I highly recommend Clayton Spencer an his very professional team! As a former prosecuting attorney Clayton brings a highly valuable set of professional skills to the table. I came to Clayton by way of referral, my personal situation was one that included the need for both criminal and family law representation. On both sides of the coin Clayton offered clear insight and assertive representation. Some attorneys will sit back and string the process out and pad their own pockets, NOT with Spencer & Sundstrom. I was made aware of options, advantages, and draw backs of potential actions and outcomes. My criminal representation lasted 2 weeks, ending in a dismissal. My divorce was finalized in 94 days from filing! To those of your considering representation, do yourself a favor and call these folks first. You will be hard pressed to find ANY attorney in the area to match their level of knowledge, professionalism, or commitment.

W. Todd Pascoe, P
An attorney and family man of great integrity, honesty, straightforwardness, and trustworthiness -- in a profession where such traits are extremely rare. Without a doubt, your "best bang for your buck". Unlike many/most attorneys, he will actually strive to save you money and not tack on many extra costs, fees, and drag out your likely terrible nightmare more than necessary for an "extra buck". He will tell you "like it is", whether good or bad. And besides, he reports to a much "Higher Attorney" if you know what I mean :)You might be told you'll get 'better results' going with a much more expensive attorney, but even if so, be prepared to 'lose it all'. The absolute WORST results I've had are, without doubt, from the most expensive attorneys I were refered to and hired on. Don't be terribly foolish as I was and listen and follow through on such well intended but bad advice.

Jeff Staples, Attorney at Law
We worked with Jeff on a legal matter with our son. Jeff was very easy to work with and explained all of the possible outcomes of our situation. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and treated us with the utmost of respect. His knowledge of the court system in Clark County, as well as the players involved in all of the courts made our journey a painless one. His fees were very reasonable and considering the outcome of the matter, some of the best money we could have spent. I have a general distrust for lawyers that goes back generations in my family. Jeff dispelled those pre-conceived notions regarding attorneys and really helped direct us to what was best for our family.

I worked with Attorney Jeff Hatch for a parenting plan modification and had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office is respectful, kind, and professional. I never had problems reaching out when I had questions or concerns about the process because the entire staff was attentive and genuinely cared. A huge thank you to Jeff Hatch and his office staff for making a not-so-fun experience tolerable and easy.

Tips & Advices
By law, you need to be insured up to the minimum amount required in your state before getting behind the wheel of any car. Beyond that, your insurance needs will vary depending on your financial situation and the amount of risk you are willing to take on.
  • Full or comprehensive car insurance is the most expensive, but often the best deal for drivers who own an expensive car, those who commute frequently or anyone who lives in an area with extreme weather or high crime rates.
  • Drivers of less expensive or older cars usually save more by opting for the minimum required policy, along with some extra coverage if they can afford it. Since the cost of repairs might exceed the total value of an older vehicle, some owners forgo collision protection in favor of greater liability coverage or personal injury coverage.
If someone other than you causes an accident while driving your car, most insurance policies will still pay for damage, according to the rules that apply. However, it’s a good idea to check with the insurance provider to be sure this is the case. Regardless, either the at-fault driver or the actual policyholder will be responsible for paying for anything not covered by insurance. People who don’t own a car but frequently borrow or rent one might consider purchasing a non-owner policy to make up the difference.
Car insurance premiums might be tax deductible in certain situations, but only with the documentation to prove it. Insurance costs may be deducted as part of overall business expenses if you use that car for work-related travel. However, this does not generally apply to taxpayers who use the standard deduction when filing their income tax returns. If your car is used for business purposes often, save all insurance-related documentation, as well as receipts, invoices and other forms of proof that your vehicle expenses were for business purposes.
Car insurers set premium prices depending on every driver’s individual risk. A huge number of details are factored into every determination of insurance risk, so the cost of any two policies can vary widely depending on the driver’s personal attributes, accident history, location, vehicle type and much more. The type of coverage you choose also impacts what you pay - premiums for minimal liability coverage will almost always be lower than those of a universal coverage policy.
The cost of car insurance is highly variable, but according to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, U.S. motorists pay around $900 per year on auto insurance.
