Never use the Service Department! I look my Lincoln MKX in to have diagnosed for transmission issues, even told the service dept about a TSB concerning my vehicle that might be the issue. I had an appointment and was told it would take about an hour, it took 4 hours before I was notified anything. I was charged 106.18 and told I needed a total transmission rebuilt for $5,800.00! I questioned them about the Service Bulletin and they said that it nothing to do with that. I took it to Summit Transmission for a second opinion, they requested to see the diagnostic report that I paid $106.18 for only to find out that Statewide Ford could not give me one because they didn't find any read out issues. So I basically gave Statewide Ford $106.18 for nothing. Summit Transmission said there is nothing wrong with my transmission and that's why they wanted the read out from Statewide to see why they said I needed a total rebuilt. Summit Transmission told me to take it to another Lincoln dealership to have them fix the Technical Service Bulletin repair - it only cost me $400.00 total. Statewide Ford Service department is a joke, buyer beware!

I needed an oil change for my vehicle and when I went to schedule with Statewide they worked with me and my schedule. Denise is an absolute pleasure to work with and is one of the nicest people I've ever met. They got my vehicle finished and I was back on the road in a hurry. I highly recommend Statewide Ford.

I bought my 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Andrew Watkins at Statewide Ford/Lincoln in Van Wert Ohio in April of 2014. Andrew is very knowledgeable of the features and electronics of the "MyLincoln Touch". I have had no problems with the touch screen. I did put a clear "screen protector" on the screen because of having to clean off the fingerprints too often. Also Chris Bolenbaugh in the service department was courteous and helpful in explaining how to use the “Lane Keeping” feature. I now have 3500 miles on it and my mileage readout is 39.9 mpg. I have mostly owned and driven GM vehicles, but decided on the Lincoln because of the mileage, the luxurious design, and smooth safe ride. The car handles well and brakes smoothly. I especially like the “Adaptive Cruise with Collision Warning” and use it in both highway and city traffic. The rear cross traffic warning has been very helpful also. I was in need of a new car and I knew what I wanted. My sister ended up locating Statewide Ford online as she too was in need of a vehicle. We were so very impressed with the staff and selection. Not what we expected. My sister had initiated a sale on Friday night and I bought my car that next Monday. LOVE my Escape. Denise was extremely friendly and I appreciated her allowing me to dissect the vehicle. She was honest (as all of the other staff members I met) and was wonderful to work with! I appreciated her approach which we were very much on the same page about the needs and expectations of buying a car. I would recommend you go visit them if you are in the market for a new ride.
